Targets & Jobs to do In October:
*Get toys back to toy library
*sell junk on ebay
*Avoid BUYING on ebay (seems a little counter productive when i spend all my earnings on there again!)
*put toys in garage from garden once the 'indian summer' has vanished
*mow lawn one more time
*lose some weight!
*return hoover to army (broken & been in garage for months!)
*get DH to show ME how to put music on hard drive so i can do that and get rid of c.ds!
*Sort out savings accounts and make a list of account numbers with ref to what savings are in them
*send off magazine subscription tokens i got from te$co using points (xmas pressies so need to send off soon)
*find out when DS can come home next/when i can next visit him- think it's either this sunday coming or next...
*Wrap some presents up for christmas (already started on this yesterday....yes i am slightly mad)
*transfer wrapped christmas pressies from ds1 room to a suitable hiding place
*keep spend diary
*call tax credits get payment to be made in one sum at beginning of month instead of weekly.
*do same with child benefit
*Sort out my wardrobe
I'm sure I have lots of other jobs to do as well but this will keep me going for now.
This month I am reducing the food budget by £10 (small steps and all that...) so will be £240. I have already spent £91 of this which I am hoping will last a couple of weeks...but will have to see....DH has got a taste for take aways again this last weekso I've had to be the mean one saying no every time! He still had 3 !!!! we had friends over last night and they all ordered from the kebab shop and i was the only one who had a yoghurt & grapes instead! Pffft!
Bills are all due out tomorrow so need to reassess budget situation then. I brought back 2 toys i had got from Te$co so that will be £35 credited at some point back into my account! One of my surveys is nearly due for a pay out. And i put my name down to be called for an interview for a £10 reward voucher for amazon! so hoping they call now lol
Quidco still due to my bank not sure where that has gone!?
I would like to transfer those monies to savings though but the state of the bank at the moment is really not looking healthy.!!! Need tenants in my house asap! Oh that's another job too....call management agency see if they have anyone else interested. And my dad to see if he has keys to get house in shipshape ready to let again!

Well done for listing the items on ebay. It is so time consuming. I always list on free listing week-ends. Although it is mainly re-listing with adding a few extra items. I do anything to save on fees, where possible. Otherwise we found that for the items we sold, the earnings were cancelled out by the listing fees on the items which did not sell.
You have a long list of jobs to do in October. I think mine is probably double the length of yours.
There is always something to do. I should be doing jobs now but enjoy reading your posts which keep me motivated.
