  • Evening,

Is it bedtime yet? Zzzzzz after my early morning start i am exhausted. And stupidly i made a school boy error of letting little ones have a LONG nap :( i was so tired though i just wanted to chill out without listening to them scream at each other....however 1 desperate housewives, 2 housewives of new york episodes later they were still asleep ooops!

I made curry from freezer (well heated it and made rice lol) kids didn't eat it. I didn't like it (too hot) dh ate most of it.

I spent £50.05 at sainsbug earlier. £10 on a dinner service to match the one i have (some of ours broke and it was in the sale, rude not to buy it really ;) ) £8 on stocking fillers, and £10 on nappies, so just over £20 on food. Will update sig later.

Didn't weigh in i was too tired to be bothered to find the wii fit board. Will do it tomorrow!

House is a tip even after i spent all morning cleaning it and yesterday. :( .

Early night for me i think! Need to collect chairs tomorrow from my ebay win. will try and send dh, i always get lost even with a sat nav ;)

Not much else to report really. Oh actually yes there is . DH decided to do his usual trick and speed. Got caught. 3 points on license. £60 FINE . Me= not happy! I told him this would happen as he has to speed everywhere. Hopefully this has taught him a lesson. I doubt it though!

I always find it difficult to wake the little ones from their naps, I feel awful when I wake them and they cry cause they are still tired. Then they won't sleep in the night grrrrr!
  • Me too stripes :( and i had let them sleep for 2 hours at least yesterday oops then they woke up in a bad mood lol so i may as well have kept them up in a bad mood, and put them to bed at 6pm rather than the 9.40pm they eventually went down at :( !!!

DH has gone off to collect chairs i won from ebay :) well chair/chairs....listing not very clear. But we only NEEDED one so any extra is a bonus. Today dh is taking kids swimming as we promised dd if she went to nursery ok we would take her. She wet the bed again last night :( and i think she is worrying too much about nursery. Poor thing. I feel so guilty about sending her now. I know she needs it though as she gets so bored here during the day and she always looks happy after nursery, it's just the dropping off part that breaks my heart :(

miserable weather here today so whilst dh is swimming think i may take a walk around the range see if i can pick up some more stocking fillers for the kids. Need to write a list of presents still! Am so disorganised, still sticking to my target of having it paid for my dec 1st though! then any extra money in dec can be used for food and petrol to see family :)

Also have a holiday next month so have to find a few hundred quid to pay for that somewhere. Really don't want to dip into the emergency fund just as i topped it up but may have to!

Still need to update signature with grocery spend...will do that later, am so tired at the moment though just want to laze about! Have another cold coming on, really bad sinuses too with this one so feel all clogged up and headachy. Booo.

Hope everyone is having a brighter saturday than I am lol :) xx

    *Big hugs

Your DD will get there, once she settles into the nursery environment and the routine. Us mummies just have to be strong and not give in.
My Ds was not settling in his own room for a long time and last week we decided to put him in the smaller room and he slept through the night HALLELUJAH!! It does mean DD who is only 1 years old is already in a double bed!:rotfl:It's funny the positions she ends up in when I find her in the morning.
Hope you are doing good today :j

well we have 2 new chairs now :) and paid 99p each for them so less than £2 for 2 chairs :T they are going in the garage for now but when people are due round or ds1 is back from school i will get them out.

I sold about 6 things on ebay yesterday :( i'm not very good at this whole ebaying lark, i seem to make such minimal amounts compared to others who do it! hopefully after fees i will have enough in there though to pay for a new raincover for ds2 buggy as his broke in the middle of jan this year and i had no money to pay for a new one and ended up taping it to the buggy to stop it coming off! Don't want to have to do that again this year really!

Money wise bank is looking a little unhealthy! I spent £40 in Ra&nge yesterday :o but on the plus side i think i have finished the stockings for the kids now :T that is a must do job this week. Yesterday i got out all the pressies and they are strewn all over ds1 bed atm! So will sort them out decided if i have enough for my kids make sure i have enough for family members kids and all done! (it sounds so easy huh)

No energy today & dh moaning cos i haven't done anything. But really not feeling 100% :( so i'm currently hiding upstairs under the pretence that i am putting clothes away! b%^ger ds2 just came up moaning 'maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaammy' best dash and actually make it look like i've done something today :p

  • well well, i actually managed to put all the clothes away, bath the babies before another headache came on! I hope it isn't the new medication that is causing them, they actually seem to be working so would be a bit gutting to start all over again on another one. Hmmm.

DH has been out for a run and MIL called up, I told her about DH speeding ticket + points (i've since been told off my DH for this :o i apparantly don't need to tell the whole wide world everything...not a good time to 'fess up to this diary then eh) hmm anyways she said i need to call my insurance company as otherwise my policy may be null and void if i don't tell them about his points  I am seriously going to be un-impressed if DH has bumped up our insurance costs because he thinks he is !!!!!!!g jenson button

    And breathe.

Think i may need some sort of anger management :o

Well i'm happy today as dd went into nursery happy :j:T yey!

I've spent an hour or so cleaning & tidying, I have one wash on, and i've decided i am going to buy a clothes horse for indoors as too wet/cold to dry anything outside and tumble drier is not very mse! :p

I've checked bank and it's not looking too good :o but all bills are up to date, we have cash for groceries so all should be ok. DH has to take money with him if he goes away though so he can pay for food etc which can all be claimed back but it has to be paid for out of his pocket first.

Need to do presents for niece, nephew, and mother in law for the end of the month but i'm sure if i have a root around in the pressie box there is something there for all of them, i have cards too in a box so won't need birthday cards. May need some wrapping paper though (do you think they'd mind if it had reindeers on :rotfl:)

Also need to find £60 for fine....think this may have to wait until pay day. Also i think i am going to have to get 6 months tax for the car instead of 12 as we won't have the extra money to top up the savings i already have ...never mind hopefully by this time next year i will have that all sorted out.

Think hubby is going to speak to someone about transfer again today to germany, i'm feeling a little nervous if i'm honest. I don't know how to transfer everything from england to germany...i.e car insurance, banks, house in wales  but we shall see what work says before i have a full on panic :rotfl:

    Today's jobs:
    Tidy kitchen
Sort out presents for birthdays due (already missed oops)
find the bits i sold on ebay and see if i have enough brown paper
    pick up dd from nursery
check bank again (forgot to see if a payment had come out- i should be blonde!)

you sound busy like me. Glad DD went to nursery without any fuss. It makes it so much better. I think your right in holding off the panic until you know whether or not you are going to germany. Keep well :)
