1st June Wednesday
Ok so we were paid yesterday and so far june is shaping up as such:
£150 transferred to school fee fund
£10 transferred to landlord insurance fund
£10 transferred to building & content insurance
£50 transferred to regular saver
£613.40 in the emergency fund so far :T (still want to add to this until I have at least one month's wages spare....so hopefully if all goes to budget this month when I get my tenants money i can tranfer all of it to this as I don't include that in my budget as it wil be ending soon)
£433 left from wages- although I am still due tax credits weekly until pay day & also child benefit.
I still have the sky bill to come out £40, 2 axa savings £40, talk talk bill which is around £40 this month (), also need to take out £25 to put on my post office saving card for car tax. And have to fill up petrol at least 2x going to funeral & the school run again. Also have £30 coming out for flowers I bought for nan's grave (although sisters & mum will be paying me back their share in cash) =£175 (£433-175=258 left from wages)
So I will have £258 left for grocery, petrol & anything else we are doing...although this is without my tax credits included & child benefit so i should be ok (just!) Last month was an expensive month in the way of petrol (:mad:-to the government!) and this month won't be much better!
DH has his pocket money for the month & also his phone top up money. I also gave him an extra £40 because he wants to come home at some point in the month and he has to pay his own way either train or getting in with friends?!
I also need to give DS1 some top up money so he can call home when he wants so that's another £15 out of the money above!
Think that is all for now on this....MORTGAGE BALANCE when we moved Aug 2024, £120,000. January 1st £118,267.06. I also need to get DD a birthday present (DS2 has had one of his! and the other is upstairs!) so that is about £45 for her. We're not having a birthday party this year so no expense for that, but I may have a special tea party for a few close friends.... but this will be out of july's budget anyway as her birthday is next month (just like to be prepared with the presents lol)
I'm going to try and stick to £280 for the grocery budget
Petrol £120
entertainment £30
If I can stick to this then I should have a healthy sum to transfer to emergency fund at end of month. I want to get that topped up so that I can eventually get my CCCS payment up so I can get the debts down quicker. But I daren't do this until I have enough money incase of emergency such as car breaking down (AGAIN)
Also would like to get in 10 NSD and 5 LSD this month

:mad::mad::mad::mad: I am absolutely fuming!!!!!!!!!
I have received two county court judgement things in the post this morning and bailiff letters......get this........for debts that aren't even mine!!!!!!!!!!! How's that for irony when you're heavily in debt anyway and then people try to pin you down for debts that aren't even yours :rotfl:I should laugh really....But no instead true to my nature, I called them up ranting and raving (this after being onhold for 40 mins...was quite calm when I actually first rang) was passed round 4 different departments to get to a manager somewhere?!
AND then to be told, actually we have proved you live there (this debt is for TWO doors down!) and it is now up to YOU to prove you never lived there!!!!!!!!:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad: CUE very angry faced DFW and then cue ****** stick the debt up your **** it's not mine and i won't ***** pay *slams phone down* (fill in blanks how you please)
SO I trudge off to welfare office 5 min walk away with one baby smothered in jam and mud from breakfast and playing out in garden...the other one with knots all over her hair and sand all over her face...and one very angry :mad:DFW and I think just about everyone avoided us on the way! Could've been something to do with the fact I was arguing with myself out loud ...couldn't be sure though :rotfl::rotfl:
Anyway my very lovely welfare man took all the letters i had kept (thankfully didn't rip up in temper...learnt my lesson on that one:rotfl:) and I called up (calmly this time) and asked for someone to speak on my behalf and got lovely welfare man to do it *phew* so what was all the fuss about you ask :wall::wall::wall::wall::wall:
Funny how they would take the telephone number off of welfare man and not me ...telephone number that could have saved trees and stress! THE b****y phone no. that proved I didn't ever live there, the name of the person that did, AND their forwarding address!!!!!!!! Why do they feel the need to pass you around, leave you on hold for hours, I think they personally listen in to you whilst you are slowly losing the will to live on the other end  And as well as doing all that they simply REFUSE to listen to a damned word you are saying!!!!!!!
Ok well I feel better now anyways, thanks for letting me let off steam here (like you had a choice, you say! :rotfl:!)

i've calmed down (a little :rotfl:) My mother blames my temper & red in my hair on the Irish in the family....so it's not my fault it's hereditary (can I use that excuse??? :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:)
Oh and just saw new neighbour in garden (the one that i've received bill for) she said the day they moved in Npower were knocking on their door bullying them into signing up with them again (even though there is already a huge bill on the address??)
