  • A NSD for me today :) only need one more and i've reached my target :D

Still haven't caught up on my washing yet lol but no leaks since fixing it....thing is it has been leaking so long i've been in to check on it every wash and at least 2 times per wash!!! :rotfl:

I sold something on ebay and the winning bidder hasn't paid me yet so i tried to open a dispute thing (haven't done this before -never needed to- so not sure if i've done it right?!) but what if buyer refuses to pay can they do that? does anyone know if they can?

:smileyhea4 more sleeps and DS1 is bk :happyhear 8 more sleeps & DH is bk:smileyhea

I am WELL impressed by all the DIY! I wouldn't have a clue about fixing washing machines so well done!

I don't know about the dispute/ebay thing... I know I sold something and the guy emailed saying he'd bid by mistake as he didn't realise I'd said 'collection only' I wasn't bothered as it didn't cost me anything to list anyway. I just relisted. You haven't sent it yet have you? I can't think that you can -force- them to pay for something *shrugs* but it doesn't seem fair that people can just bid as they like without paying. I guess see what ebay say.

Re: the washing machine....ME either!!! LOL i actually emailed a seller on ebay asking him if he could send me step by step instructions along with the part :rotfl:and he sent me a link on you tube :p...which was better than instructions actually as i could watch someone else do it!

Re: Ebay i don't know what to do They have bidded rather a lot for it...it's a duvet cover & pillow case and they have bid 60% of what i originally paid for it!!! But surely they shouldn't be allowed to put silly bids in and then turn around and say 'nah dont want it anymore ta anyways!' they had a really good feedback rating as well so not sure what to do...have opened the dispute more to make them realise they shouldn't be allowed to do this...I'm quite happy to re-list (although rather not as lazy lol) but it does annoy me that people think they can mess you around!

  • Well the weather outside is awful after such a lovely week last week :(!!

I have someone round fixing my garden gate after my DD escaped last week and was found walking down the road by my neighbour (thank god!) -this is free thankfully :)... Later on i am debating going in to town for a wander about. 1) to tire the kids out and also keep them awake as they are not sleeping well thanks to clocks changing 2) to get some new foundation as my lovely DD decided her dolly needed the whole bl**dy jar of my one  3) i have cabin fever after sitting in all weekend lol

But i don't want to go 1) because i don't trust myself around shops! 2) kids always always play up *sigh*

no matter what i do i will moan :rotfl:i really can not wait until DH is home i am just worn through now and need some R&R myself!!! I am so glad i will never ever have to do another tour whilst the kids are so little. I'm surprised i'm not grey....in fact surprised i still have any hair left at all haha!

well done on the DIY. I am rubbish at stuff like that - partly because OH is a builder and brother is a mechanic so I pretty much get them to do all my DIY although sometimes I have to wait so long I end up trying myself and then they have to finish / fix it. I love you tube. I watched how to cut my own hair lol (made me think about that when I read your post) dont worry I chickened out and went to little local hairdresser (£10 c&b)

Yep, this is his second tour, and by the time he gets bk he'll have been gone 6 months and 3 weeks  they may as well just call it a 7 month tour! The first one he did i was heavily pg with DD and he flew bk just in time for the birth :) but left me again with a newborn baby, plus i had DS to get to school everyday and i was in the middle of a degree at a uni 100 miles away....so you would think this time would be a breeze....but jeez these kids really do test me every day!!! would rather take the first option anyday lol :rotfl:
