  • afternoon all, lovely day here :D we took kids to zoo (and dh was on best behaviour) and I found £10  !!! 1p, 2p !! It's definitely my new hobby now lol. I was going to give the tenner back but i didn't know who had dropped it and as it was so busy dh told me to keep for ice creams...i felt so guilty after though :o!

Not a nsd. £20 on petrol. £4 on bread, and a few sweets for kids (and it reminded me why i avoid the co-op so bl00dy expensive). Petrol was not budgeted for as we've gone over the budget now (after paying MIL's petrol) so luckily we had £20 left in there! Now the bank is down to £1.54 ! The bread & sweets came from my pocket money

NSD tomorrow, has to be really :rotfl: I is broke now!

My father called and is still having ds1 over for some of easter, will keep him busy hopefully and away from the x-box & ps3 for a while . Anyway must go, dinner on & i'm starving!

  • Hey DFW  good on you for finding a tenner :D. Don't feel guilty! I make a point of looking out for lost and lonely money :p. Apart from the regular pennies I find, I've also caught a £5 note as it was blowing down the high street, £20 that was dropped in a car park and then in France one year, I found a 20 euro note in a SM car park!!

My OH thinks I'm nuts or lucky! I don't really care which I am :p:p.
