Just had chance to catch up on your diary. What a busy lady.
My nephew (age 11)has dyslexia which was only diagnosed 12months ago, he has been given a pieces of coloured plastic (the best way to describe it) to put over anything he needs to read. Once diagnosed and he started to get the extra help he needed he has come on leaps and bounds.
Hope you can find some tenants from somewhere. xxDMP with CCCS started Jan12 £34,906 Jan13 £31,893 Jan14 £26,836 Jan15 £21,894 Jan16 £16,839 Jan17 £14,415 Jan19 £12,938ish Jan19 £9,649 Jan20 £6612 Feb 21 0 Self managed from Jan'17

I'm going to ask my dad as he still has his rentals there so he must have a way of renting them out. If no joy will get on to the uni. Got a feeling my dad just lets his out to the local Polish people ....had them once before and they completely trashed the place there were about 10 of them living in the smallest 3 bed terrace you can imagine  they did pay the rent. But didn't leave it in good condition at all!MORTGAGE BALANCE when we moved Aug 2024, £120,000. January 1st £118,267.06. Morning,
Hope you managed to get out of the door on time. Ive been just as bad this morning, but that could be to do with the lack of sleep !
If I burble on about glasses on my diary as I did yesterday then you may remember the opticians ! I will try and remind you !
Just had a quick look at the SOA, it does look really tight doesn't it and you could definitely do with the rental income. Maybe somebody on here does live in Lampeter !! Could you start a new thread - Help required in Lampeter please !!!!............... You never know !!:rotfl: If not I agree with brizzled the uni may be a good option, I have friends who have used the Uni to organise tenants and its always worked out well for them.
Oh thanks for the info re Donald Russell the other day, if I decide to make an order I will let you know first.LBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !

Hello!
Well i've tried to be as MSE as I can regarding all the birthdaysi have coming up (tight wad i know) and I've posted one card with a voucher in (from surveying :money:) and card was out of my box so no expense there :j
Posted another card (also from box) through friend's door and gave her a box of choc's that i had bought for my sister :rotfl: I figured that my sister could have a voucher & it would save me on postage sending the chocolates anyway.
So i need to get surveying again to top up my vouchersam very pleased though, have had 3 birthdays and not paid a penny towards them :rotfl: although each person will have had £10 each
and paid £2 for 2 boxes of chocs (half price) for friends round here!
So NSD today (had a stamp at home too :j) will add to my sig in a mo :cool:MORTGAGE BALANCE when we moved Aug 2024, £120,000. January 1st £118,267.06.
