What exactly does gone clerical mean

So just had my fornightly chat with the bods at the CSA, only to be told that "your case has gone clerical" to our Stockport office? So what does this mean exactly? That the NRP is refusing to pay (no never nothing new there then) ;), or that the CSA have made a phuck up of my case or what? Anyone have any experience with…

Anyone know what kind of time scale I'm looking at?

It's gone to the CSA dept they have refused his appeal, the appeal depts sent the paperwork to the tribunal service and a copy to myself and I presume the NRP so how long before a hearing date is set? Or is it a case of how long is a piece of string.
