Had a letter this morning from the CSA appeal department :D, apparently the NRP is trying to appeal something. They can't tell me yet what it is exactly that he is appealing, ain't it amazing that he can move his @ rse once the CSA start hitting the pay packet.

Incredible isn't it? We're undergoing a reassessment at the moment on my ex's instigation as he is now earning less - fair enough he needs to be able to live - but he was quite happy to accept pay rises over the last 7 years and didn't feel the need for any reassessment then. Hmm.....

I was always amused when NRPs would phone for a reassessment based on lower wages, and would send in wage slips that would show they were earning more than the income used for the last assessment.

Oh dear... my case has been moved to Bolton.... and they say it's at the sub-office in Stockport waiting to be allocated. They cannot read the notes and I have to wait for 12 weeks. However, I have to phone if I don't receive payment and they can chase it up. How strange...

WHY DO THEY NOT LET SOME OF US SINGLE PARENTS WORK FROM HOME DOING THEIR WORK??? THAT WAY WE MAY BE ABLE TO SAVE THE GOVERNMENT MONEY ON BENEFITS AS WE CAN WORK FROM HOME AROUND PUR CHILDREN? I'D TAKE NO C*** FROM THE NON-COMPLIANT NRP...

Think you and I both going for double figures with Tribunal Judges - we just heard our PWC has asked for a re-assessment.................................Thing is QC is 19 end of this year, is working full-time, but PWC is receiving Child Benefit and telling CSA she is in full-time studies, so she'll also be getting CTC for her student child !!!!!!!!!!!!

We thought she might do this as the clock is ticking and we're on a countdown, the grief that mare of a female has given us, and yes we have always paid CS, never minded, but just don't like the way she has abused the system and tried to manipulate things at every opportunity.

Well, at least she only tried - we have in fact won every appeal she has made - but it never stopped her from trying
