CSA: Can I have your ref number.
    Me: Blah, blah, blah
    CSA: hold the line
CSA: Can you confirm your name
    Me: Blah, blah, blah
    CSA: hold the line
    CSA: Can you confim address.
    Me: Blah, blah, blah.
    CSA: hold the line

    Getting the picture ;)

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, DO WE REALLY NEED TO BE PUT ON HOLD EVERYTIME I ANSWER THE DAM QUESTION YOU ASKED.

Finally no there has been no payment made, surprise surprise. So are you going to chase up the DEO, probably. So that's a probably not a definate YES.

    You confused them!

That wasnt part of the script sheet they read

Be as well transferring you to an overseas call centre. Might not help your csa payments but they could have sold you something else. :)

The ONLY good thing is that it's not an Indian call-centre... or maybe that will be another thing the government will bring in to save money... just imagine!!!

    Tribunal papers in.
    1. "I would also like to state I have no part in xxxxxxxxxx life as his mother denies me any contact. I question why I should pay this money when she will not allow me access to my son" - moronic liar.
    2. "In the mean time I would like the DOE cancelled while this is resolved and I will make the payments on the 31st March 2011 by telephone to the CSA" - I nearly piddled myself at that :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
    3. "This case is causing me major problems to my financial position" -:rotfl:Really should have thought about that when you refused to pay child support moron.
    4. "If this appeal fails then I would like a face to face meeting with a case officer and if needs be I will speak with my local MP and my family solicitor" - You would have thought if I had been denying him contact with his son he would have contacted his family solicitor about that, course not. When the wallet starts to get empty then the rage starts. :rotfl:
Great way to start the weekend brilliant chuckle at the moron.

I'm guessing that he didn't phone up at the end of March to make a card payment to the CSA...
  • DEO can be voluntary for the nrp. There is a voluntary deo and a normal deo.

Eg a deo is set up using the weekly net wage of the nrp. net weekly wage X 52 / 12 = Total net monthly amount.

Every deo has a 60% protected earnings figure.
The csa can deduct up to 40%.

    60 % of total net monthly amount = £xxxx
40 % of total net monthly amount = £xxxx - this will also include arrears from the effective date to the day before the schedule start date.

If the employee works less hours than normal each week then of course the figure sent in by the employer will be less than the stated collection amount.

The csa will call the employer if the amounts are different and find out whether the nrp has worked less or been off ill.

Depending on the date payroll is completed a the employer eg payroll done on the 5th June, the employer has until the 19th of the following month to send the payment in.
If the employer quotes the incorrect reference number on the payment the payment will then sometimes go onto the wrong system and bolton have to request this payment off.

Employers will be referred to criminal compliance and an inspector sent to the building if the employer fails to comply with a deo every month on time. This does happen.

Non-resident parents (fathers/mothers) have traces put on them and if arrears over £500 and non-payment for 13 weeks or more will be enforced.
