i ordered a 15" lcd tv from here 8th december, and am still awaiting delivery. have emailed them twice, and had a reply to the 2nd, but not the first. reply was that they will look into it when they go back on 2nd january. bit disappointing though, because it was for an xmas pressie, and ordered in plenty of time.

still, i am heartened by all the positive dealings others have had

I ordered from them 3 items before christmas. I placed the order at 5pm. At 9.30am the following morning I received the £9.40 DVD player. The 2 other items were out of stock and I was sent an email and refunded immediately. This bought the total cost of order to £9.40 and I was not charged for delivery!

Just before christmas I read these posts and decided to check the dvd player. The remote was missing. We gave it to my son anyway, as he is only 8. I emailed the company but they are off for christmas. Today I had an email to say huge apologies, and the remote will be in the post on the 2nd Jan.

They have been fantastic.
