Hi, I got one of my two tvs yesterday and it works and not even a tiny scratch on it so am well pleased. It took 4 days to get here and trust me that it fantastic as I live in the Highlands. YES I emailed them asking about the 12 month gaurantee and it's true you do get it with electrical things. Hope I get my other tv soon as it's a flat screen 21" job for less than £50!!!! Customer services is definately the best I've dealt with.

Recevied my Antler (yes) suitcases within 48 hours, cd car kit oos promised refund did not appear back in paypal account. Telephoned yesterday, spoke to lady who took number and rang me straight back, she apologised for delay and said she had just actioned it. Checked paypal account money had been refunded.
PLeased with items seems that they have a few probs but hey ho we are not dealing with a multi national company. I think buyers need to be on the ball with this one.

48 hrs? Superb. Yes you might get the odd problem here and there but you can also get that from anywhere eh?

I've encountered no problems with them in the past. At least you don't have to jump through hoops to speak to a human being and who knows what you're talking about and has always been happy to help.

After a few more attempts at contact, all of which have been ignored, and still no items, I've had to go down the route of claiming back through Paypal.

Your experience with them is the total opposite to what I had. All emails were answered within minutes (except out of business hours). I never felt the need to call them as the e-mail communication was so quick.
Have they not picked the phone up, or answered any of your emails?
