What's going cheap, nearly half price, lots of items

Ordered 3 X portable DVD players a week before Christmas, one arrived the next day. Emailed customer services with concerns re: other 2 and about 1 hour later received a telephone call from Sian stating that she'd looked into it and confirmed that the other 2 were on their way. They arrived the next day by courrier. Packaging was fine (they were presents) and no worse than picking it up from a store. Only problem through entire transaction was one of the electrical plugs didn't work. Again emailed Sian to inform of the problem and she promised to get one to me when they return to work on the 2nd Jan. So pleased with products have ordered another 2 (Acoustic Solutions 7" DVD player)! Excellent value, screen/sound fine. Have saved approximately £200 on original list price (£125 saved on sale price at Argos). Will certainly use this company again.

As stated on a previous post, it's great to actually communicate with a person rather than an automated response and (or) being put on hold with awful tinny background music!

Blow, just seen that delivery is over £9.00 for things that cost les than 330.. all i wanted was the baby walker at less than a tenner!
Can you get free delivery codes for this site?

Thankyou to the original poster for bringing this site to our attention, This site is excellent and for just over thirty quid ive got myself a floor standing light, 20 piece dinner set, a stainless steel kettle/toaster/toastie maker, roller door cd/dvd rack and a Curved Light Wood Magazine Rack. I definitly will be calling back every other day to check for new items:T

Just received order today 14" Wharfdale TV for £29.61 - Silver and very nice for the price. And to avoid delivery charge the Acoustic Solutions Keyboard (£9.87) for my DD.
All in excellent cond and worth every penny of £39.48 I paid.
Great site will be going back again.

I got a steam cleaner, a deep fat fryer and a blender (to make up the postage, so effectively free) on Thursday. I came to use the fryer yesterday, and the control unit is broken. There are no instructions with the cleaner, which is a bit worrying, as misuse could be dangerous.

I've emailed them, but it was after close of business yesterday, so don't expect a reply till next week. Stupidly, however, I've thrown out the box for the fryer as the binmen were due, and we have lots of post-Christmas rubbish. I checked that all the bits were there, but didn't notice the crack. I hope they'll still refund.

ive ordered from this site and had the same problem , i.e bits missing etc , i have got to say that there customer service is excellent and im positive that they will do all they can to assist , so dont worry to much .

i ordered an lcd tv off them before christmas, and sadly it didnt arrive in time, but i emailed them over the xmas break, and had an email back to say they were closed til 2nd jan, have to say their customer service is brill, they did email me back as promised, and rang me yesterday at 4pm, tv was here just after 8am this morning, so if they can help, they will. for the price, they are brill,

set my tv up, not a mark on it, and pic is great, i am one happy gentlepurr this morning

btw, they still have in stock 15" acoustic solutions lcd tv, £98.70 inc delivery if anyones interested.
