What's going cheap, nearly half price, lots of items

I just used it for the first time - phoned up to check on weight restriction for free delivery and got through within seconds of callling. Found them to be very helpful - hopefully stuff should come tomorrow as I ordered before 4pm....

I emailed at about 11.30, but haven't had a reply.

They answer the phone quickly, but have twice said they'll call me back with info and haven't.

Will give it till tomorrow, then call again I think.

well no reply to my email sent via 'contact us' or to the one i sent via the email on the paypal reciept (also given further up in this thread)

Will have to ring them when I get more time later....

Ive been waiting 11 days now, and despite being reassured the items would be posted on Monday, still nothing!
I have emailed this morning telling them i either want my stuff or my card refunded......will let you know what happens!

Still haven't got my second tv so I phoned and they answered straight away they said they would phone me back when they know whats happening, i'll keep you posted!

got my tv/dvd combi yesterday... brilliant! works great, look great and came nice and quick! Now in my girls room being watched by my poorly daughter :rolleyes: - bless her
I have no complaints so far with this company - after several orders with them!

Well, called a little while ago...

They were fantastic. The lady appologised for the delay, and has refunded me in full, and said I can keep the one light that arrived!

I am REALLY impressed!

With the refund I can now buy the same light in Argos at full price.

So in effect I am still paying £35 ish and getting the two lights I wanted, one free from What'sgoingcheap and one full price in argos.

The refund has already been actioned and i have the confirmation email.

I would use them again now

WOW!!! Just a wee update.....
Received an email back (again within the hour), and not only have they refunded my card...... they have also offered me goods to the value of my order (£31) for FREE!!!
Seems too good to be true, but again, i will keep you updated!!

Well HONESTLY they phoned back 10 mins later to say that the 2nd tv I ordered was out of stock, I mentioned that I already paid and the guy said they will most probably be getting more in VERY soon and I could either wait or get a refund. He said to give it a day or two to phone them back to see if I got one and if not i'll get my money back no problem. Can't say fairer than that. Even if I don't get it I will still order again from them.
