  • Do you have to arrange a courier joannemc3? We live in the Highlands is that going to make a difference if my tvs don't work. Can't believe how nervous I feel!!!! Can't wait to get them.

  • I ordered a few things on Sunday, card has been debited, but still waiting for delivery. Emailed them today and it turns out that the order had never been put across for processing.
    They emailed back to say stuff would be put out on Monday.......not holding out much hope as all the items i ordered are now gone from the site.
    Will keep you updated!
  • They were going to ring me Friday and let me know if had another light come in on Fridays delivery (ordered 2, only 1 came - but was charged for 2)

    They emailed me back within the hour, so i would say, save your phone bill.... and you have written evidence of what they are saying!

This will be completed provided you notify us within 7 days of receiving the item and as soon as we receive the item returned to us in its original packaging

  • Ordered a Portable DVD player with 10" screen last night for £59, same one is £149 in current Argos catalogue. Hope its OK and not damaged. will let you know!!
    This arrived Friday morning less han 36 hours after i orderd it...that's service for you. It's fantastic, it works perfectly. I am going to have 2 very happy little DD's on Christmas morning.
    Can't believe the bargain I got. The box wasn't damaged or anything.

    I wouldn't waste your time emailing. Over a week ago I placed an order. No sign of it being dispatched yet and emails chasing it up have all gone unreplied to.
