Well what a company one of my items were out of stock received a refund immediately, hoover was broken on delivery, a new one has been delivered today perfect, told to dispose of old one, no hassle brilliant a pleasure to deal with a company that still offers great customer service, I would highly recommend them as a good trustworthy company

yeah they are very pleasant to deal with.2 of my items were out of stock and they refunded me staright away and didn't charge me for delivery even though my order came to less than the £30 free delivery level.i haven't checked the lawn mower yet but if it's not working i am sure they'll sort it as quickly:T :T

Customer service is TOP NOTCH, any problems sorted instantly for me...

No problems, I just used Firefox to order some stuff.
(bathroom scales, dustbuster and Xmas tree lights).

EDIT: The items arrived within 2 days and are in perfect order. For info though the packaging isn't exactly tatty but it's not A1 condition. Think, last few on the shelf kind of circumstance.
