    No they haven't. Staff salaries in general yes, and also legal and professional costs in accounting - but a small company where all the PAYE is done by the owner? No chance.

    Yes you can, as far as I can remember, you have always been able to.

    Oh good lord, this is so tiresome.

    I suppose all those paying 18% capital gains tax, are now denying what is "rightfully" the countries, as capital gains was reduced from 40% to 18%.
