Interesting reading, As the OP, I posted this with none of the info on here, just thought it looked an OK buy.

I would like to add (for anyone who hasnt read the whole thread) that the first one I bought kept locking up on me before I could even set the date, so that is a bit of a concern as others have experianced the same.

The second one seems to work fine and i assume Asda wouldnt quibble on a refund anytime within the first 12 months if it starts doing it at a later date

Bought one today but it shows my location as the next street, about 60 meters away. Am I doing something wrong? I thought they were accurate to within a few feet.
    Nice to save.

Mine keeps doing that. And then not doing it. Odd.

I reset mine & Now it is OK. But it didn't warn me of any cameras. I supose I have to turn that on somewhere, I'd have thought that was the norm.
    Nice to save.
  • Got a 6200 in Cumbernauld this evening - very impressed so far.
Worked straight out of the box, clear bright screen and maps, quick redirects.
As soon as we worked out that "keep left" meant "take the sliproad on the left" we were fine.

Amazed at the quality for the price.

Whilst I am pleased with the device, I should add that mine has also crashed on me several times 'whilst playing' with it last night (not using in the car, just in house)

Does pick up a great signal even when inside though :)

Just to update, Since I have started to fully exit the Navigator software before turning the unit off, its not crashed once *touch wood*.
So i think you have to fully exit the GPS Sat Nav program before turning the unit off to prevent it from crashing, for the price, I can live with that :)
