Not much happening here today. Will probably stay in my PJ's today. I don't have to go out. Tea will be quick, I have some chicken in breadcrumbs so will have that.

DS3 has just gone to school. DH is not out until later this morning and DS2 working from home so I shall hibernate on the couch and watch daytime TV:o

    Morning All,
Hugs to all the poorlies, & those with relationship & family problems x
DS has been fed & sent on his way but not a sign of anyone else waking up yet. Downstairs has been tidied & swept, DW has just been put on as someone forgot to press the button last night :o WM is also on & bathroom has had a quick s/s. DD left her little laptop downstairs so have borrowd that & brought it upstairs with my cuppa. Would like to get out into the garden for a bit today but it's not really light enough yet so I am just enjoying this little luxury of browsing in bed & watching the news. Lunch today will be hm soup & bread as usual, dinner is meant to be a sausage casserole, but my mealplan seems to be very heavy on red meat this week & my IBS is starting to niggle already so I think I will change that to chicken casserole.

Hope everyone has a good or better day,

    jaxx

    Morning all.
Oh what a night here- first ED started being sick- and didn't quite make it to the bathroom!
2 hours later YD was sick and then half an hour after that, dh was sick!!!

DS and I are the only ones who haven't succumbed- yet! Must be a bug because ED felt sick at 6th form all day yesterday :(
Anyway need to deep clean ED's carpet this morning and open the windows and get fresh air in the house!

Need to prepare stuff for Playgroup and also get the snacks etc that we need for the group.
Have to take my elderly parents to Tesco today- so that's the morning gone really!

This pm I need to walk the dogs and my cleaning lady comes today- I have been so stressed out with trying to juggle everything and fed up with my house being a tip that I have now got a lovely young woman coming 2 hours a week to clean.
My parents are 91 and 83 and although fairly fit, Mum broke her arm before Xmas- she's just had the cast off but her arm is going to take weeks to get right, meanwhile she can't drive and they need a lot of help so I spend a lot of my time sorting them out!

Need to bake bread and do the ironing today too.

Right off to bleach the toilets (again!) and get dressed and ready to drop DS at pre-school!

    Have a good day everyone!

    Morning everyone

Busy day yesterday working day and evening and taking delivery of new car:j very pleased with it!

New bathroom scales arrived too (free with the points from my credit card :D), and as I thought the old ones were making me about 7Lbs heavier so I'm very happy :T.

Slept really well again, a full block of 7 hours, maybe it's cos I'm doing a bit more exercise???

Gingery porridge and peaches for breakfast - totally gorgeous! LO Mexican lasagne and salad for dinner. WM on, need to make bread but that's it for today I think!

    Have a good day

    Morning all.

So day 3 of trying to get organised and tidy and it's all falling apart. The Ironing is on the living room floor, the hoover has been abandoned on the living room floor and every seat is covered in clothes, toys or just junk.

I am soo fed up. OH doesn't start till late afternoon so I am sure he will help tidy up.

My issue is I have fibromyalgia and boy is it playing up these days. I have just learnt to say Sod it and leave everything when i am in pain but sometimes the messy house as a result gets me down.

Anyway enough of me moaning today will no doubt be a slow day. No idea whats for dinner probably be a raid on the freezer. OH will be getting fed at work tonight as his boss is doing a Burns Supper so its just me and the kids.

If I can I will clean the bathroom and do some washing.

    Have a good day all.

Have a good Burns night all our Scottish friends.
Not too many drams Jackieg :p;):D

redruby ...well done on the weight loss:T (((((Hugs))))) for your poor Mum x

nic1lou2 ((((((((Hugs)))))))) Thinking of you x

    Grey and gloomy here again.
I find it so hard getting up when it is still dark outside.

Another NSD day today, We have gone a little overdrawn this month due to buying bits and bobs for Christmas plus the extortionate diesel price rises:eek: which bugs me when you realise how much of it goes in tax  still DH gets paid on Thursday so we will just cut back a little to get back on the straight and narrow.

Not much planned for today so I will get brekkie, have my shower when DH gets home (It scares him if I shower on my own in case I fall even though I have a shower stool) shows he still loves me even with all my problems.

Aaargh DD's blooming phone keeps bleeping and has been since 6.30am :( needs charging and she convieniently left it downstairs - so I will be putting it in her room in a mo and see if she likes it.

Well I am off to get brekkie cooked
Hope everyone has good days x
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light

Trying Icmeler this time, went to Hisaronu 2 years ago near Fethiye and had a whale of a time, saw some great places and the people were so welcoming- they didn't half work hard.
  • Morning All

It`s damp here this morning and looks as though it may be cloudy all day.
Feeling very bleary eyed today. Have got to go for diabetic eye screening tomorrow so hope that my eyes don`t feel the same then. Also due for an eye test and need some new specs. The arm keeps on falling off my old ones.
Any way time for work now.
    Have a good day everyone.
