Oh, and it's Uni day today, so I need to be good. Skipping the mornings lectures today though as they are a little pointless... so I'll only be in this afternoon and we are outside surveying, joy (not)..

i havent weighed myself since the other day, but have been okish. went over by a few cals yesterday but my fat intake seems rather high, need to keep a watch on it. i'll wait until next monday for my next weigh in and see how it is. already clothes are hanging off me and i need to move buttons round but thats cos i bought quite a few things when i got up to my biggest, so was about a size 26. if i include that extra stone, then ive lost 1 stone 9lbs but if im just counting from january then its 9lbs.

I feel thinner, but not got my clothes hanging off me yet hehe.. Soon I hope!

1st 9lbs is brilliant, I bet you are starting to really notice it now.

Another 3lbs and I'll be into the 16stone bracket..

I got some of those fish in sauce, was quite nice and not too bad, I had Sea Bass in Lemon and Dill sauce.. wasn't much sauce though, I think I cooked it too long lol.

I've not been exercising every day.. last time was a long walk on Sunday, and nothing else until Badminton tomorrow. I could go swimming on my way back from Uni tomorrow, the lunchtime adults only on my way home, not sure if swimming and badminton in one day will be pushing it?

I got a Wii Fit, but not got into it yet, hope I haven't yet again wasted my money on exercise equipment, just can't work out a good time to go on it.. I think I'm still lazy really because of my weight, seems to take a lot of effort to do something when I don't need to...

I got up to a size 22, I'd say I'm a 20 now, but tops never seem to fit well because I hate them being tight across my tummy as I obviously don't have a flat tummy.. :( Therefore I live in mens T-shirts and hoodies.. really can't wait to wear ladies hoodies as well, they are much more feminine and girly :)

& in the summer I want to wear a wider choice of clothes. I do dress girly in the summer, but it's more what I can find that fits and is kinda flattering, rather than what I really want to wear..

I lost loads of weight a few years ago, 5 stone in total, and I got down to 12st 4lbs (I still remember! haha), and in the summer I wore nice shorts and just a t-shirt. Yeah, I had slightly flabby arms, and my tummy hadn't quite flattened out, but I was so happy in myself :) can't wait to get back to that..

    Anyway, I'll stop rambling on..

well i dont really count the 1 stone, because i didnt realise i had lost it. i just know that i found some old slimming world weekly sheets in a recipe book and they were dated the summer 2008, but i didnt find these until summer 10 ish. i weighed myself in october 10 and found that i was a stone lighter than in summer 08, so at some point i must have lost a stone. i then started properly in jan this year and have lost 9lbs, actually if i remember rightly, its 1st and 10lbs ive lost as the original loss was a stone and 1lb.

i have just marinaded some chicken for tonights tea, chicken korma. im off to add all the cals up now to see what i can have for lunch!

right, well the korma on its own is going to be 550 cals if i eat exactly half of the curry (which i dont usually as OH eats more than me), then i have to add me bulgur wheat which will be 170ish!! leaves me enough to have a cup a soup for lunch and an apple!!

actually you sound really lucky, when i was 17.3 or whatever, i was a size 24, in fact i do remember that over the years when my weight has gone up and down, i always seem to be the same size, it never goes down!! i'll be 15 stone and still in a size 24 i reckon!

Just wanted to add some words of encouragement, you are doing so well!

Don't worry too much about weight to size ratio, I had to say. Remember Hannah Waterman and her weightloss down from a size 16 to a 6 in less than 3 months?

Her size 16 was 10 stone 2lbs!!!!! At that weight I'd be a size 10 easily, I'm way heavier than that and I've gone down from a 16 to a 12/14.
