Thanks for the pics!
Have you really not considered toilet training them all?

Oh....and I BET if you fed the boys just raw for a few days they would produce lovely little poops!0 -

Though I try this as someone recomended and it is cheap so not much "financial risk".
Split one bag between the 2 massive trays I got...
1) It looks terrible, this is NOT sand like consistency or "slightly more coarse" as one would expect from clumping litter
2) Half a day of use, it does not clump, not at all.... - and it STINKS already - sigh
Total waste of money, ordered 3 bags - sigh.....
Well, will be using the PAH wood based one, got 10 bags of 30 litres each. Then will probably go to PAH clumping that was really clumping...
No idea why Tesco cals this one clumping litter, it does not clump at all.... sigh...
mix it with better stuff 2 minimise suffering (yours) - I recommend Liddles or Aldis as they are cheap or Oko Plus (more exp but an excellent clumper). Today I got a delivery of `moonlight' I was against scented litters but since having increased my two's wet feeding decided to mix it. Decided on lavendar!0 -

I find moonlight more economical than oKo plus, and even better clumping. My cats like it. Good luck with it.0 -
Can you flush the clumps with moonlight? Can't see anywhere on the Pura site that you can so assuming not....There are times when parenthood seems nothing but feeding the mouth that bites you Peter De VriesDebt free by 40 (27/11/2016)0

No. But I understand that flushable litters should not really be flushed either. (and as someone without mains drainage these things come back to haunt us sooner than for those on mains!) I do wish the compostable litter worked better for us, but atm efficiency is more important than green-ness for us.0 -
aah, thanks lostinrates. I am only flushing the clumps from worlds best cats litter and the poos and we have mains drainage here so hopefully will be OK.There are times when parenthood seems nothing but feeding the mouth that bites you Peter De VriesDebt free by 40 (27/11/2016)0

i use the tesco clumping stuff as it's the best for me. it definitely does clump, as my morning and evening rakings prove, particularly big pees can weigh a bloody ton! haha. i constantly burn yankee tarts in the evening, so maybe that's why i don't notice a smell?0

The best cat litter in the world is what it's called and it is clumpable and toilet flushable,i use it,it's brill0

Just thought i'd report back on my findings. I used Tesco/Sainsburys clumping litter which is pretty much the same thing. It was terrible for keeping the smell and clumping (i'm not sure how people have found things good about it)
Anyway reading this thread I tried Oko Plus and I'm never switching back. No smell whatsoever and clumps rather excellently.

Tesco's "clumping" (the one from the photo) does not clump at all.
It just sticks heavily to the bottom of the tray, it does not clump as it shoul;d into "balls".
It hardens and sticks to the bottom of the tray.... Really should never be called "clumping".
1 bag of 7 litres lasted me 2 days for my 4 cats and had to be completely changed....
With say PAH clumping litter (sand like texture) one could just "siewe" it and pick up the clups the size of golf balls and throw only that out.
Tesco's "clumping" is a total joke....0
