Oooh lots of luck Bangton, hope its goes really well, I can wait to see baby on a screen again.

I'm not sure if I'm starting to feel baby? I'm 18+1 and I have been getting a feeling like a rice crispy popping in (non existant) bump. It's not very often or regular but I wondered if it might be for real?

I know what you feel about feeling our of place at the hospital/midwife, I'm 25 but no-one believes I'm any older than 18! Oh well, It'll be fab when I'm 50 and don't look it!

Hope you all have a lovely Friday - I'm off to a wedding :-)

Funnily enough came on here to ask about this as was just laying on the sofa when I said to my hubby 'look bump is high up at the moment' so he lent over and blew raspberries on my tummy and then I felt like a popping/bubbles in my tummy.

He blew raspberries again on my tummy and I had the same feeling. I'm 21+4 and was starting to wonder how much longer I should wait before asking my midwife if it was normal to not feel anything yet. So feeling loadssss more positive now.

So scan took near on 2 hours because baby was stubborn and covered it's face, then covered where the placenta joins, then rolled over. Lucky I have a great hospital and they were happy for me to go for walks, run upstairs etc while they scanned other women and then called me back. So our baby has been the biggest rascal of the week : ) I'm team Blue !!! Total shock we were so convinced it was a girl we haven't looked at any boy things/names at all. Anyway phew he was all fine and I'm so proud that he is all mine! !! Have a good day everyone and hope your all fantastic x

Congrats Bangton! What a lovely post :)

I don't know poppy, might be worth waiting a few more weeks to avoid any embarrassment if it doesn't work, mind you, you could claim baby brain and say you hadn't realised you couldn't get it yet!

Aww how exciting bangton glad that everything is looking good :) better get thinking of names! :D

Butler_Helen got hers so I might as well give it a try. I will indeed claim ignorance / baby brain if the voucher doesn't work!

I'm pretty sure I felt baby today - was like a little popping feeling, like someone pinging an elastic band inside me for a sec!! :)

Part of the Furniture 1,000 Posts Combo Breaker I've been Money Tipped!
I got all three Emma's diary packs at Argos one week - I just said it would save me time coming back! Then they sent me a voucher for another in the post and went for that too.

I'm looking rather big today - properly pregnant! And I look very uncomfortable too... Because my maternity jeans are too high so they roll down :( (my favoured new look pair).

I'm off to get pampers size 2 nappies in Argos... Thank you to the poster of that bargain!

Hi all, hope you're all well. Thank you for the welcomes. My tummy has felt quite strange tonight, almost like a tightening or pulling sensation. Probably wind haha!

This thread is quite useful, we've signed up to loads and got some bits in the post, the boots one is good as you get a voucher for a 'free' changing bag that included a travel change matt - you just need to buy a pack of newborn pampers nappies which I think when we had a look the other week was £3.74. You also get 10 points per £1 on all baby things you buy once you activate the coupon they send you :) sainsburys have given us a £5 voucher to use on their baby range as well, and also asda have a baby club to sign up to.
Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A

I was given the first Bounty pack at my booking appointment but haven't heard anything about the others. Does the midwife give them to you at the 28 week appointment then?
