Me too moneypenny, used to freak me out that something was wrong the first few times but I'm used to it now. Find myself trying to smother my sneezes and hold on to my tummy when coughing etc. Fine when you're alone, but when you're in company :rotfl:Hey ho!

I have my 20 week scan in 9 days time. I was really looking forward to it but now I'm really starting to stress and worrying that something will be wrong with the baby. :( I felt loads better after my 12 week scan and then again when the NT scan and blood test results came through as low risk, now I feel like I'm getting stressy all over again.

Anyone else feel like this, and if so do you have any tips on staying positive?

My back has been killing me for the last 2 weeks too snowy, and I'm 23+4 today. It started off as a wierd muscular pain just below my right shoulderblade, then it switched to the left side, and now it's more centralised and achey. I think it's where our backs are changing shape - apparently they curve more to support the weight or something like that?
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

i had to have a nice soak in the bath before, hopefully it will ease up soon.

Got my MATB1 form today, so confirming my mat leave at work tomorrow, only 17 more weeks in work, wooop !! I've noticed that the midwife has spelt my surname right on the front but spelt it wrong on the back, do you think they will mind ?

How exciting about your MatB1 form snowy - I'm not sure about the misspelling of the name. I would imagine that as it's spelt correctly on the front, that it shouldn't be an issue, but as it's a legal proof of your pregnancy, and therefore a legal document, it may be something that your payroll query. Hopefully the midwife can just correct it if they do.

I'll speak to them tomorrow, they can quiet clearly see i'm pregnant now, so fingers crossed. Just need to apply for my exemption certificate, i thought it automatically came, but just looked on google and you need to fill a form in, its surprising how much i've forgotten in 4 years,

Hi moneypenny. Yes I did. At every midwife app from 12 weeks onwards we've listened to the heartbeat, but we asked to, so if she doesn't offer, do ask. We recorded ours too x

The 16 week appointment for me was very short - she tested my urine, took my blood pressure and we listened to the heartbeat. That was about it!

    Hi ladies

A quick hello. Made it to the scan and now I'm 12+4 so thought it was time to pop onto the thread.

Relieved to have made it this far. Hope everyone's well.
