That's how I felt and still feel discussions about labour etc are a bit beyond me but they're all very nice and would welcome you with open arms. Plus, it's quite nice/scary to see yourself going up a list!

  • You may know about this but just incase you don't. Asda have a baby club and when you join you print out a voucher for a free huggies starter pack worth £5. You and your partner can both join and get a voucher each. At the moment the huggie starter pack is only £3 but the voucher still takes off £5. Inside the pack are vouchers for £2 off newborn nappies, £1 off wipes and £2 off little swimmers. I have been using the vouchers to get another starter pack and a free pack of wipes as they are £1 at the moment so it's only costing me £1 for both. The starter pack contains a pack of nappies, pack of wipes and a pack of something else, not sure what it is but it's like a roll of dry wipes. Obviously you then get more vouchers to do it again and again. HTH.

    Hi all

I don't post much but do read regularly. Just wanted to let you know that when I used my voucher they let me get two newborn packs and just pay the additional £1 so I got two packs of nappies, wipes and cotton wool wipes for £1 plus all the vouchers. If you use your vouchers while the baby event is on you can get some real bargains.

So far I have got 5 packs (135) nappies, 6 packs of wipes and 4 packs of cotton wool wipes for the princely sum of £3.87 :money:.

    Afternoon all :)
Just heading over from the <12 weeks thread, had my scan this afternoon and all is well. :j They put us back a day, due date is now 13/11/12. Just one baby as well *phew*!

Went to mamas and papas after the scan to get some maternity jeans, i'd been getting by with hairbands etc but all my trousers were so uncomfy last week.

Hi all, I had my 12w scan yesterday and was measured exactly right for when we conceived at 12+2. So happy to see everything is ok, although it really didn't seem real that that little baby was in my tummy!!

I didn't manage to post much on the <12w thread, largely as I had to be at least a little bit secretive on my lunch break, and slept through most of my evenings. I am going to try harder on this thread!

Looking forward to getting to know you and seeing a few familiar faces! x
