    Hiya!

rj, come along - could meet you face to face then! lol, it was a small room though so you may have to wait until the 37/38 weeker gives birth.

It's a bit far from you though but you drive, don't you? I found it at the body clinic in whitchurch, just through googling and then e-mailing for prices. Everywhere else on albany road etc was at least £8 per class which is extorniate I think, just for being pregnant! I was tempted to just do the council classes but having been to a specific pregnancy one, I'm glad I did. This was Mondays 6-7, there were a few daytime ones at other places but didn't fit with my timetable at the mo. Rogue Yoga on albany road have some in the day on a tuesday i think? And maybe star centre in splott, but I'm not sure.

The body clinic was £25 for a block of 5 so £5 per session or £6 drop in/trial. It's good cus I'm going away soon and the block of 5 didn't have to be consecutive so still MSE :)http://www.nhfc.co.uk/classes/pregnancy-yoga/ There's a place called rogue yoga which

betty, definitely recommend then, it was a bit basic but very relaxing!

How are we all? My term in college is going quick but doesn't feel as though this pregnancy is going fast.

    xx

Now that my baby's bigger it's given up gnawing on my bladder and has taken to kicking me in the heart instead. Has anyone ever been accidentally murdered by their own foetus? :D

sexymouse nice to see you over here :)

cant remember who asked, i felt first movements at 18+4 - felt like a popping feeling, happened again 2 days later then everyday afterwards. now 21+2 weeks and movements are more pronounced, i cant imagine what this will feel like in the third trimester. OH felt first movements a bit later at 19 weeks.

i have been getting upper back ache i think due to bra/posture, stopped wearing my underwire bra about 2 weeks ago. brought a pack of non underwired from H&M and they make me sore as well. Have been using my bando as a bra some days as feel sore and havent been wearing a bra in the evening. got two bras from mothercare today which i hope will be more comfy, i was a 34B before pregnancy, now measured as a 36D. i think i will also buy myself a sports bra, they have some nice ones in H&M but wont be able to wear this to work as will be able to see my nipples, i am paranoid about this lol

Mrs Excited i think you were the one who asked about FL, mine was measured at 20+2 weeks.

    hope everyone is doing well,

    Laura

14 weeks today and feeling in a lot of pain ! The only way I can describe it is its like someone wearing steel toe capped boots has toe-punted me right in the pubic bone  its a horrible mixture of aching and pinching.

On the upside I felt a slight movement earlier which cheered me up no end :D

My tummy has definately popped out and add in the waddle ive developed and its kinda obvious im pregnant :o
