I'm sure nothing is wrong, you might be noticing that you're not feeling it as it's playing on your mind. My mw said I can always pop in at any time to have the heartbeat put on the doppler if I am worried, maybe you could try that?0

I just have this horrid feeling of dread from no where as well that something is wrong with baby. We had sex last night. First time for about 2 months. Not felt her move since then. I thought I felt small movements but that could have been wind. She had a quiet day yesterday. Its too early to worry about movement so I don't know why thats upsetting me as much aswell.I'm 22 weeks - felt movement since about 16 weeks. My next midwife appoint is at 24 weeks so not long not long to go.
If sex was bad for the baby, it would be in every baby book going and on every midwife's lips. You have NOT hurt your baby by having sex. But I know exactly how you feel; at about 18 weeks we got jiggy after a few months without and I felt anxious during and after.
The fact is, at 22 weeks, your baby will have active days and quiet days and there's absolutely nothing to worry about if you don't feel much movement for a few days. Every time my baby has a quiet period I stress - it's just what we do. But it doesn't mean that anything's wrong.
Try not to worry, my love. You've just stunned your baby into inactivity by finally getting down to it after such a long period of abstinence"Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0 -

Aww poor Rebs and Chrissy. Sorry that you have been feeling sad and teary. I hope this improves.
Oddly I haven't been very teary at all. I was pretty teary in the 1st Tri - but that was more funny than anything. I'd start crying at the silliest thing and then DH and I would just burst out laughing at how silly I am.
So far in the 2nd tri I've been pretty good - not crying at much at all. Pre pregnancy I was a real cry baby so I'm quite surprised thath I'm not crying more now.
The coolest thing happened last night. I was lying in bed touching my tummy and I felt the baby kick from the outside. I got DH to have a feel and he felt it too. Quite a few times. I will never forget the look on his face. He was so happy. He couldn't stop grinning. It was adorable.
I hope you have a great day ladies. The weather is gorgeous down here. Apparently it's going to be 20 degrees today!!0 -
