Morning all!
Just popping in to say I hope that we all have a good day.
I am really looking forward to my McDonalds lunch today! I have been restricting myself because they're unhealthy and I feel like I should eat as healthily as possible for the baby.
However - today I am going to have a double cheeseburger, fries with sweet and sour sauce and a diet coke! :j I have been craving it and I am going to give in! yee haa!
I have also been craving strawberry nesquik. I've been drinking gallons!
Have any of you guys got any cravings for food and drink? Are they naughty cravings or just weird? Anyone craving someting they don't usually like?0 -

Strawberry nesquik is the only thing I've had proper cravings for! Happened around 12 weeks mark - drunk gallons of the stuff!

Morning everyone!
Re the nesquick, could it be that you don't drink much milk and your body is craving it? I went through a phase at about 14 weeks where I wanted cheese on everything, and was chatting to a friend that said she drank at least a pint of milk a day... I'm not a huge milk fan, so tried having a skinny hot chocolate a few times a week and lo and behold, the cheese monster disappeared!
Also, i popped in to Gap in Kensington yesterday to try and find a pair of grey maternity leggings, but discovered instead their maternity sale... I picked up 2 plain long sleeved tops, 2 coloured long length wide strap vest tops, a jumper, and a tshirt for £30! I bought a couple of pairs of their maternity skinny jeans a few months ago and i have been living in them constantly, and was starting to worry that i'd ruin my normal tops and jumpers by stretching them... Now i have some lovely things to wear at a bargain price!
I think you can order online too.
Happy Wednesday everyone xx0 -

I think you’re right there rakkibeth – I don’t usually drink milk – not even in my tea, I prefer it black.

Are we twins? !!!
Robyn297 – Congrats on your scan and having a little boy!!
Jedi – you’re next on the list for your scan. It’s 2 days before mine. I know you’ve got to have some checks on the baby because of your OH’s nephew but are you planning on finding out the sex too? Good luck for it.

Hello Girls!
I had 24 weeks visit today and I heard my LO's heartbeat
I'm 24 weeks gone, it's time to say goodbye, thank you for support and see you on Pregnancy and Newborn until 1 year old threads0 -
Hi everyone, last night I stumbled across something called the nub theory. It is a way to predict the sex of your child from your 12 week scan picture. I have used the nub theory on my 12 week scan picture and that shows that I am expecting a little girl......we will see. I have been trying to find my old 12 week scan pictures from my son and daughter to see if I would have predicted them correctly. If you havent heard of this its worth googling nub theory. Google brings up a you tube video which demonstrates the theory quite well. It would be interesting if some of you ladies who already know the sex could check out your old 12 week scan pictures to see if you would have been able to correctly predict the outcome.......My opinion is neither copyrighted nor trademarked, and it's price competitive. If you like, I'll trade for one of yours.0

i wasnt aware of it for my two boys but did 'use' it on my last pregnancy combined with the skull theory, both indicated a girl which was correct. the lady who did the scan scoffed at me when I mentioned it, to which i did thisin my head !
