Hugs emsbet, am thinking of you. Hope all goes well at the Drs and they can refer you on for another scan.
Sounds like you've been busy on eBay, Bluebell! I was so angry at myself yesterday, I found what looked like a huge bundle of 0-3 months stuff, and it was local pickup and actually near me for a change so I put a bid on, then completely forgot about it and ended up losing by 50p! I was SO angry with myself for forgetting! The local pickup only bundles are *never* near me, then when I find one, I lose out by 50p!! Have now made a mental note to put reminders in my phone for when auctions are ending so I can check them!
Hugs floatylight, hope you feel better today after a night's sleep? Nice that your work were good to let you go home and get something to eat. I didn't do badly with sickness but I am turning into a hormonal mess now. The slightest thing is making me totally weepy. My friend posted a story on facebook yesterday about a seal cub that's been abandoned by it's parents as it's an albino and practically blind and I was in bits! Even though said seal has now been rescued and is being cared for at an animal sanctuary place!
Congrats on hitting 20 weeks, halfway!!
I was quite apprehensive before my scan, but managed to keep it all in I think. I just kept telling myself that everything was going to be ok.:j Debt Free 27.07.2011!! :j0 -

Hope we weren't bidding against each otherThough given your location Skegness isn't going to be very local to you
Admittedly we're an hour away from Skeggy but for the amount of clothes, it's worth the petrol to collect.
It depends on what we've got, but if we do decide to split and sell, we'll be in Nottingham for the evening of 21st October, though I can't remember if you're also expecting a boy? As the clothes look fairly blue
If bump turns out to be a girl at the re-scan on Friday we'll be really annoyed! The nursary is now blue, we've got boys clothes... :rotfl:Still at 0-6 months I don't expect they'll notice, it'll just confuse visitors.0 -

Haha, no, this bundle was in Nottingham. Skegness would be a bit far for me to go, although if it was a huge bundle and an abslute bargain then I'd probably consider it! :rotfl:
We're team yellow, so no idea! Part of the reason we decided not to find out was due to the (slight) risk of being told the wrong colour! Hope your rescan just confirms what you've already been told!:j Debt Free 27.07.2011!! :j0 -

Thank you ladies for your kind words the other day, everything came to a head for me yesterday at work when I realised that as I had to work late last night for an open evening that by the time I got home I wouldn't have time to cook my jacket potato (the only thing I can eat without being sick) This sent me into a blind panic and had me racing around during my lunch break trying to find something to eat and returning to work empty handed and sobbing like a baby!!!
Luckily they are a sympathetic bunch at my place and after a hug and some tlc I was sent home early to cook a potato in plenty of time to get back for open evening.
I feel like such an idiot for getting so upset over something so stupid but I've spent this whole pregnancy stressing about eating thanks to the sickness that I think it just sent me over the edge.
Still onwards and upwards I'm 20 weeks today and have my next scan on Monday, although I have to admit I am a bit nervous about it in case there is something wrong. Did you all feel this way?
Oooh we're almost bump buddies(was 20 weeks yesterday and have my scan next tuesday). Its normal to feel nervous and anxious I think....I hope so because i'm feeling exactly the same way.:happyloveBaby girl born 27/2/12:happylove

Back from doctors and he has booked me in for an appointment but they don't have one until Friday morning.
I've been in a bit of a state since we got back. The blood is still brown but it's worse than yesterday (it all but stopped until yesterday evening) and I'm feeling so scared.

Hugs Emsbet, atleast they've listened and got you an appointment, it won't be an easy couple of days but it'll soon be here. I'm sure all will be fine but I'm glad you'll have the scan so you know for sure.Bluebell1000 wrote: »Hope we weren't bidding against each other

Bluebell, I'm about 40mins from Skegvegas! I wonder if we're close? (I'm lurking over from the <12 weeks thread BTW). You're probably in the opposite direction to me!0 -

Hi Lisa  Hope you're not in exactly the opposite direction as that'd put you somewhere in the north sea :rotfl: I'm in Lincoln.
Glad you've got your appointment Emsbet x Fingers crossed all goes well for you on Friday.0 -
