!9 + 2 today, so so close to 1/2 way! YAY!
My birthday today and is been pants, really want a nice cold Malibu and pineapple...... A good friend got me a gift bag with ( in replacement of wine) bottles of coca cola and dairy milk hahahah! She knows me well, i drink coke by the gallon
Hope everyone is ok and babies r wriggling nicely ! Mine certainly is the last few days, i can even feel him kicking when i`m walking now! xx

My appointment was 9am Annabella, I got up about 7, had my first wee, downed a pint of water, cuppa tea, then another pint. You could always "forget" and have to do one there, would mean you'd have more time to get yourself hydrated. My FMU is terrible, and all my appointments are early, but after the last time I got such a telling off I get prepared. I drank so much the other day I was desperate by the time I got there, it's a 3 minute walk up the road! I had my sample though.

I wouldn't prepare it at night, my doc advised me not to, not sure why though?

My midwife said shed prefer us to do wee samples there and then - although mine doesnt do anything with it- mine gets sent off so I suppose thats why.... And it gets syringed up not just in a pot :rotfl:

Will just drink oodles of water in the morning then and sort it just before I leave the house. Am always worried if I don't do it until I'm at the surgery then I won't be able to make myself go :rotfl:

Toniq - agree with gilly def would help if drink more, hopefully its nothing to worry about and as she says usually preclampsia is later on.

All - Had my flu injection yesterday felt like I had gone to an OAP convention though :eek: Cant believe am 25+1 I know I should be on the other thread but its better over here and I would prefer to graduate with a few fellow friends hurry up you lot!!!!!!!

I have to confess that I have started to wrap some christmas presents and write some cards am I Alone? I Keep thinking what happens if it kicks off early and I am not prepared :eek:

Ro! I'm the same ordered everything and as bits arrived I wrapped, I had won quite a few pressies over the year so they were wrapped again as they arrived, Just need to do topsy's pressies and write food lists then i'm all done and dusted x

How about squash and water Toniq? That's what I do a lot of the time, just try and make it not too strong and obviously the non sugary variety even tea/coffee would do if it's decaff as it's mostly water, although it seems to run through my bladder these days so not drinking as much
