Oh mate, if your Dr has told you not to worry then you can relax - if there was the slightest concern they would have you in and checked !

Does your OH know whats going on ? Do you have a friend you can blow off some steam with ?

Dont bottle it all up, having a good ole cry isnt going to do any harm to baby. Your body protects baby first and shelters them from harm - which is why YOU are getting head-aches and feeling !!!!!.

hope you feelin better soon !

    Thanks Mishka.

My DH does know what is going on and he keeps telling me it's ok and reminds me of what the Drs said. I just insist on thinking the worst. :o

I have just spoken to my best friend for half an hour and she's calmed me down a lot :o If I'm still getting the brown blood tomorrow I'm going to call my midwife for reassurance.

Thanks again for the reassurance. Hope you are ok.

    xx

Thanks Emsbet, I don't have a midwife :( I see my GP every 4 weeks and I'm due a visit tomorrow so will talk it through with her and see what she says.

I'm not gonna tell you to relax or calm, because it doesn't work, but try and have a bath and listen to some nice music. Anything to even relax your body, even if your mind is in over drive.

I'm glued to BBC News at the moment because of the Knox thing, maybe even watching something like that would take your mind off it :o

    Thanks Gilly.

I'm watching Micky Flanagan on Sky+ because he makes me chuckle. Hopefully that will keep me relaxed until DH gets back from his football match.

Yeah have a chat with your Dr and see what she says

    xx

Floatylight and Emsbet - so sorry you're both having a hard time. This is definitely the place to veunt and get support. Saying that though Floatylight, I think you need to let someone close know so that they can give you support. You shouldn't have to go through this alone.
Big hugs to you both x

    Hi all

welcome happydays and congrats on v day 4nnabella :j

floatylight and emsbet ((hugs)) hope you're ok. emsbet -try not to worry - a friend of mine has had red blood all the way through including soaking pads and her baby is fine - the docs have said her hormones have made for one seriously sensitive cervix.

jannine - a slight inversion will make no difference at all to ability to feed - this also happened to me during my first pregnancy, they change again after the birth (cue huge nipples lol) - i fed for 8 months.

for all those discussing 'ears' a few pages back - THATS WHAT BABIES ARE FOR!! LOL. I dress my little one up at any occasion (much to OH's annoyance!) Here's a couple of examples (hope it works) - believe me there are many more :o

Omg! I almost squealed in delight at those pictures. Love them. I will get my own way *evil laugh* OH has too much on his plate, I'll be doing the shopping and the dressing.
