See you all in two weeks and make sure they are good ones for you whilst I am gone! :beer:Whether you think you can or you can’t, you’re probably right ~ Henry Ford0 -
Hi ladies, had my dating scan today and im 13 weeks exactly
Was sooo nice to see baby, afterwards we headed off to pay our deposit on the pram we chose- which was a complete oyster travel system with carry cot and various colour packs and accessories. They said i can ring back to add which colour packs i want when i find out the sex which is good
Now can relax a bit going to sort through what i already have for baby tonight and make a list of what i need.Mummy of a beautiful little boy and fanatical about christmas:xmassmile:snow_laug:santa2:

Unless you are seeing a mw you wont get results then you need to make a mw appt for 20 week appt with mw
Seems to be standard at my local hospital - you have to see a midwife after the scan!
Kira - congrats on 24 weeks! I remember our honeymoon very well too - freezing cold in Yorkshire in March last year, at a lovely youth hostel called Boggle HoleA lot of the time we had the place to ourselves!
Ro, loved your story about your OH, and congratulations on team blue
Icey, have a wonderful time
Got home last night to find the whole house full of black dust, seems the ceiling was much messier than the last oneDH spent most of the evening cleaning, and he's been cleaning all morning too. Plasterer had a bad habit of opening ALL the doors, and DH is the sort of person who won't actually say anything and just be quietly annoyed.
After putting the bed back together in our bedroom, we decided there was too much dustiness falling from the ceiling despite the plasterboard (there were gaps!), so decamped to spend the night in the living room. Still, got a decent nights sleep after all that, and it's being plastered today so we should have a nice bedroom soon!0 -
Hi candie_gill, welcome! Glad your dating scan went well, when are you due?
DH just emailed to say the plasterer managed to trip the electrics out! Glad our newly rewired electrics worked as they should, fried plasterer wouldn't have been good as we'd have to wait even longer for a usable bedroom...0 -

My DD3 went to Boggle Hole last November... they were in the Youth Hostel on the Cliff face and it was freezing by all accounts.. they went on the beach  and beck dipping.. This year they are going September (week after next in fact) and to Derbyshire so much warmer we hope!! lolLB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
