Hi emmylou, hope you're well. Yep does seem quiet here.
Nothing grabbed me in the asda event.....I don't think it's properly started yet.
Picked up my huggies starter kit,and some white sleep suits and onesies. Not going to buy anymore clothes wise until we know what we're having. X:happyloveBaby girl born 27/2/12:happylove

Hi, we are quiet, but this thread tends to go in fits and starts. Does make it easier to catch up!
I have been out seeing family today, now home chilling out and deciding to try and push on until bedtime and not go for a nap. Out tomorrow as well and as any day I seem to do more than sit at home or at my desk I flag mid-afternoon, I'm slightly worried I'll have to leave early.
Haven't been to asda, but headed to boots today. Bought a few things we know we will need. We split the shopping between me and DH to make sure we got the 3rd free saving on something more expensive.
Hope everyone is alright and just off having fun on the bank holiday!:heartpuls Daughter born January 2012 :heartpuls Son born February 2014 :heartpuls
Slimming World ~ trying to get back on the wagon...0 -
I must admit i`ve been picking up a few little bits, bibs, muslins, a few white vests. I have got my pram already though, a friend was selling her Mamas and Papas Herbie for £50, she only used it for the 6 months in the carrycot mode, then got herself a stroller. I know what i`m like for buggies, so will be doing the same i`m sure !
I`m on count down to sexing scan......20 days!
Hope you are still awake Crabapple!
I`m good thanks Lucy, you? xxMummy to 3 beautiful GIRLS, 9, 7 and 3,and a handsome lil BOY 03.03.12 :T

I've been tearful for days, a text from my dad set me off yesterday and that was me for 2 and a half hours!! Had a migraine today, finally got out of bed there to try and make something to eat. Bleurgh! The frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0

Had another decent car boot trip today and got a cot mobile, a very cute warm outdoor snowsuit type thing, and lots of soft wool for DH's knitting. Decorating was going well until we realised the expensive fabric that we bought as an offcut is the perfect size for 2 pairs of curtains, as long as we don't mind the pattern going the wrong way. So back to the shop to buy more at full price (£30 a metre!). We should get one pair out of the fabric we've got. We also moved the radiator to get behind it, and it's now leaking into the floor upstairs from one of the pipes joining it... somewhere.... DH is upstairs making thudding noises while he tries to track it down.
Asda was out of stock of the starter packs, after all that effort to print a voucher! At least it's valid for a few weeks.0 -
How much are the starter pack at Asda Bluebell? You can get 3 for a tenner in Boots at the moment, plus your points on topThe frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0
