Midwife said to me to wait til 21 weeks rather than 20, no idea why.
Strange, I wonder why that was then!
All the midwife said to us was that my husband may as well go and make the appointment while I provided a urine sample. Then after he'd left with the piece of paper she got all worried, and kept asking me if he'd be OK with that and if he minded being asked :rotfl:0 -
not sure what stage everyone is with buying things but i saw on hotukdeals that tesco have 25% off all nursery items.
I bought 3 x Tesco My Baby Natural Soft Fleece Blanket With Wrist Rattle
Catalogue No: 205-5206 £5.97 (3 @ 1.99 each)
1 x Tesco My Baby Fleece Blanket Cot White (120X155Cm)
Our Ref (TPNB): 65684012 £2.50 (1 @ 2.50 each)
2 x Tesco My Baby Fleece Blanket, Pink £5.00 (2 @ 2.50 each)
ended up with a exrta pink blanket in the package. so i got 7 blankets for just over £10! Well impressed. worth a look if anyone is buying stuff now ;-)
Nothing has improved from last night really but i have sorted all the baby stuff today as life goes on
not sure whether to have a 3D scan still. the whole point was so other halfs kids could see thier little sister but not sure whether to bother now.:j Proud mum to Jade age 10 years and Baby Ellie born Christmas Day:eek: with a broke heartProven to be a little fighter and battling on with her heart condition :j

Wish i could add myself to the 20 week scan list but i dont have one booked yet - but i do have a 16 week scan on Monday (due to having the CVS they want to start checking the heart).
Another question - stuff like nappies, actually nappies in particular. i've started looking on eBay for reusables and have seen quite a few auctions that look like very good deals (e.g. 20 reuseable terry nappies with associated stuff for £10) is it worth buying and taking the risk that this is gonna work for me or wait until nearer the time or something else - as you can tell i'm clueless...MFW 2015 #61: £838/£7838

Congrats on all the 20 week scans and Pink babies.
We had out 21+2 scan yesturday and baby B is 15% smaller than Baby A so I am worried. The consultant said that there wasn't anything to worry about yet as we have no other TTTS symptoms but doesn't stop me worrying. Hopefully when we go back in 2 weeks things will have improved. we have a heart check up then as well which is also concerning me event though I know its only because I am on the larger side and not because they have seen anything wrong.
Think it is just a worrying week.
Hope everyone else is well and the need to pee gets better.Overdraft = £1000 Emergency fund = £2500
