Hi everyone
Have really started feeling the baby move now, just feels like very gentle prods, I have been feeling it mostly at night when I'm lying down, but today have started feeling it while I'm sitting down for the first time. It feels so weird! but it is so lovely and reassuring.
20 week scan on Friday - can't wait. We're not finding out what sex it is though, want to wait for the suprise!!
With regard to exercise, I don't do any! I just can't be bothered after a full day at work then getting home to the cleaning, cooking etc. Any sapre time is for me to rest!! I have put on 6 pound and I am almost 20 weeks so am quite happy with that, but I have been trying to eat really well and only been having treats at the weekends.
Anyone found any good deals on moses bacskets, bottles/sterilsers? The best deal I found for a moses basket was £19 delivered on BHS direct and Debenhams Extra sites, but it was pink, so fab deal if you know you're having a girlie, but not for me!
Hope everyone is ok0 -
yummymummy - hope you have a fab scan! :j
laralou - You mentioned the "e" work. Naughty naughty :rotfl:
I was doing zumba on the wii before my BFP but was nervous about continuing as I was very much out of breath, and the advice is moderate excercise where you could still hold a conversation. I'm not doing a great deal now unfortunately as too scared to take up anything new......TTC #3..........0 -
I'm trying to go out walking as much as I can, that's it really for me. Do fancy swimming but it involves buying a swimming costume, and then trying to find a pool near me that isn't in a gym that's members only. The frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0

I walk a couple of times a week, I do either 2 or 3 miles at lunchtime. Before I got my BFP I was doing a boot camp session twice a week but stopped that, mainly due to it costing £50 a month which I now need to save for Pip! The instructor knew I was pregnant, I told him straight away and he was happy for me to carry on and I would have if I could spare the money. However, I do very little now! I keep meaning to go swimming but there's always an excuse, so I tend to do stuff around the house, have been out in the garden lots and keeping on top of the house cleaning. I haven't put on any weight yet, which I am surprised about to be honest, as I have relaxed my diet too but so far so good!:j Debt Free 27.07.2011!! :j0

Here you can just pay and use the pool! It is a council run one though, not David Lloyd or anything like that.Mum of several with a twisted sense of humour and a laundry obsession:o

The nearest place to me is either in the uni which I think you have to be a member for or the other pool I know of is within a large gym, it is a private one I think. I may google and see if there are any council run near me.The frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0 -
Well the scan wasn't as fab as I'd hoped, it was being super lazy and just laying on it's back with it's legs crossed so she couldn't see a lot of what she needed to check, aside from the bits I wanted to see! So have got a repeat scan next fri to try and get the rest of the things checked and hopefully find out what colour it is then. On the good side, everything she could see was fine so that's good news.
I bet it's because I was so looking forward to finding out, if I wasn't bothered then it probably would have been jumping about with it's legs wide open!Little lady arrived 13/12/110 -

I got a half price Avent microwave sterliser from Boots.com a couple of weeks ago, not sure if the offer is still on now though.
And ASDA Direct had money off Avent bottles when I went in last week, but again not sure if still on. Not much use am I?!Little lady arrived 13/12/110 -

The half price steriliser on Boots.com finishes today, offers will change tomorrow (I work for Boots). If anyone wants to know if certain brands/products are going to be on offer any time soon just PM me with what you're after, I can check salesplan calendars to see what's coming up in the baby department:j Debt Free 27.07.2011!! :j0
