Let's make it a good monthOne of many!
So...aims for March:- Work out and stick to a weekly budget
- Meal plan each week and batch cook
- Lose 4lb
- Join the gym :eek:
- Look into signing up for the Race for Life:eek::eek:
- Begin training for above:eek::eek::eek:
- Get enough shifts in at work
- Spend quality time with my parents and friends
- Decorate spare room at last
- Get out and about as much as possible
- Do gardening as able, plant veggies etc
- Treat myself to some beauty treatments and a spray tan
- Learn something new
) but generally feeling better than a few weeks/months ago.
