Are you going back to LA fitness for the other 2 days? That would sort of turn me off knowing that I'd have to listen to the sales pitch again tomorrow. You should write them a complaint email, might get you another free pass, worth a try :)

I have an NHS one, its quite good (podcast I mean, not bra:rotfl:). I dont have that problem so much now that I've lost weight, not sure if that makes me :D or:(!!

    The chocolate is still there

It's the NHS one I've downloaded! To be honest I will be disappointed if the boobs disappear too much - used to be 34B but with putting on weight and the pill I'm now a 36D. Takes a bit of getting used to but I quite like them and OH is a big fan!!:p

Congratulations on the chocolate still there :T I'm currently munchng through a big bowl of popcorn. Definately have a savoury tooth instead of a sweet one!

I'm not sure if I'll go tomorrow, they keep phoning and it's all just a bit too pushy for me! Saying that though my fave thing is swimming and the council pools aren't always the best place to do that...

Thoughts for tonight...why doesn't pof have a ned filter?

Todays exercise was the C25k :) hating it but will stick with it!
Also put on my Avon version of fitflops (bought last year but they kept delaying delivery and it was a chilly rainy September when they got to me) and went for a wander. I tried out the IFit in the sunbed shop, its the power plate thing. Got 4x 10 min sessions for £10 and its a very weird feeling!!

Am hungry so going to have dinner soon :)

Hi doll, was in TJ Hughes today and saw Cath K style mugs etc. Didn't look at bedding but it might be worth a look for that too? Also try Primarni, sure I saw something there before. Well done on excercise. I've done naff all, but had a lovley day!

Don't say that bout the C25K! Every report I've read has had people saying they love it! Although to be fair I'm not an exercise person so I prob will hate it at first!

How are the Avon fitflops?? I'm considering buying the proper fitflops. In New York I'm going to be wearing mainly dresses and I just amn't sure what to wear on my feet. I MIGHT get away with ballet flats but I'm just not sure how much walking we're going to be doing so i'm worried bout my feet hurting. And trainers just don't go with dresses! Went to disneyland Paris Dec 09 and my feet ended up killing me! Even though I was wearing proper trainers most of the time. Just one or two days I wasn't.

The C25k is fine but I hate exercise (apart from swimming). Theres nothing enjoyable for me in it at all . The avon fit flops are ok, cant say I felt any difference but they were comfy. When I went on my travels I got a pair of flip flops by Crocs, a bit chunky but ohhh so comfy :)
