Why are you exercising every day? Maybe I could work up to that. Isn't 3-4 days the recommended amount? Although it's a good idea doing something easy like a walk on the other days for the sake of being active every day.

I think 30 mins exercise a day is recommended for good health but you have to listen to your own body...Similar to what you said I'd probably do 2-3 days at a lower intensity with the aim to keep active. I'm just experimenting at the moment to see what I like/what works for me :). My job has gone from being very active to not so and I do feel worse for it.

That makes sense, maybe the 3-4 times a week thing I'm thinking of is what's recommended for overweight people returning to exercise. But couch to 5k is only 3 days.

Well todays exercise has been the 30 day shred :j:j----> how can that guy smile so much doing those jumping jacks?? My legs were like jelly afterwards! I then went for my powerplate session, think I'l book another weeks worth (£10) as I am noticing a difference.

    Am missing chocolate already! :rotfl:

Money wise :mad::mad: I really need to find a job with regular hours, I really need to get more shifts in so I can pay bills etc but theres none. I know I'll have to create a buffer fund, am thinking 3 months worth of bill money to start with. Means I need to find £2700 sigh.

I've been meaning to check out the 30 day shred (course there's lot of exercise I've MEANT to do:D)

It's tough about the money situation. It's always a good idea to have a buffer fund in case you need it, finding that amount of money is a tough job though. Good luck with that!

Kerry the Shred is good, I got it for £5 from Amazon. Now I got it a few months ago, put it on and turned it off after about 5 mins:eek:.
I decided last night that I would try again so put it on this morning and persevered, its only 20 minutes but high impact (well for me anyway) and I have read on people having some great results from it :D
