Oh love whats up? Was all looking really good there. My sis did Saudi YEARS ago and made a fortune. She hated the wretched burka but loved her life out there so it was worth it! Here if you want a natter, sat in in trackies having a right good fester with Alan Carr on Radio 2. X

Ta Souk, was just having a moment there! Decided I have to do something with my life and I think going for a job in the middle east might be it! Then I can finally do that South America trip I've always wanted! I'll have to have a chat with your sister when shes here!

Sitting in the living room, freezing, got the slanket on trying to get warm :)

Well had a chat with some good mates last night and was feeling better! One of my friends thinks I should let loose a bit (ie become tart-like) before I go (if I go) to Saudi where I cant look at boys. Just feel like I'd like to have some big nights out where I can get glammed up and wear a nice dress, unfortunately we usually just end up in the pub :o.

Also managed to spend another £19 last night, had a chat with one of my old uni mates and have decided to go visit her in May. Got the train very cheap at only £19 return so very happy with that and will be staying at heres so shouldnt be too costly :).

Had a wee pampering session with my new body scrubs and oils this morning, I deserve it;). Then headed over to my friends house and hung out for a while. Shes going to follow Slimming World too so have given her a loan of my books. Spent £3 in Poundland on toothpaste, intensive hair treatment and carpet cleaner. Oh I also got one of them wee make up kits the NOTW were giving away the other week. My friend Mum got me one, think they were left overs from her work, it has eyelash curlers, tweezers( very happy with them as I was going to buy some today as I'd lost mine!), mascara, lipgloss and eyeshadow in it. Gotta love a wee freebie.

Have got to be very careful as have been a bit spendsy recently, I know I'm not wasting money as its going on events, trips away etc but I just have to tighten the purse strings for the rest of the month. Just have to get some food shopping tomorrow then back on nightshift so it shouldnt be too hard.

Just had a load of application forms for Saudi emailed through, exciting!

Hope your feeling better in yourself now - a night with the girls is always good for cheering you up!
I started my diet monday - so far so good though tempted with the chocolate!! ive spent quite a lot recently but also need to remind myself that i cant put my life on hold because of the debt - so long as it is decreasing i have to have a bit of a life or it would drive me bonkers!!!cat.gifxx
  • Girlie nights are always the best way to have a cheap and cheerful night in, plus you get to have a goss and a catch up and generally several laughs even if its at the expense of each other....:rotfl:

Hope your feeling a little bit better. Living in Saudi would be like having a paid holiday :) and all that sunshine too.:T
yeah wearing a burka would be a downside but it would be a fabulous opportunity to observe a different culture and if it gives you the chance to go to travelling then I would honestly say 'go for it' many a time we always think 'what if' and sit on the fence and the chance passes us by...life is too short if it feels right just do it, if its meant to be, then things will just fall into place...:):):)

    Dear Diary

Well this week has flown in for me. I was nightshift Mon-Wed then was in bed all day yesterday until 2pm today with some sort of bug, felt awful, sicky, couldnt sleep etc. I popped to the shops yesterday for some painkillers and felt terrible! Today I made myself get up, pottered about the house then went to the gym. Also went to tesco for some bits and toiletries :j.

Money front, things are ok although have to book the accomodation for marrakech soon so will have to be careful with spends.

The diet is going alrightish, had maybe 1 (or three) chocolate bars too many whilst at work but didnt eat much yesterday and have been good today so have hopefully made up for it. These bug things do have their uses sometimes!

I'm sorry diary but I'm going to have to bore you with some ex chat. When we split I knew he'd be able to move on quickly and easily meet someone else, I also knew that I wouldnt. A few days after the split we met up for lunch and he said if one of us gets into a relationship we should be honest with each other about it rather than finding out through the grapevine. For the past few weeks I've suspected he has been seeing a girl he used to work with (funny I was always a lil bit anxious when he went out with the girls from his old work, he would always say I had nothing to worry about so I put it down to me just being paranoid...looks like my gut instinct was right). Its due to things I have seen on facebook, I was trying to convince myself that it couldnt be true as he hadnt told me himself and I have given him plenty of opportunities to. Yesterday I saw something which pretty much confirmed they are a couple, upsetting yes but I have been prepared for this for months now. This evening I have sent him a message saying he doesnt have to lie to me and it's obvious hes with someone, I tried to make the message nice but not sure how he will take it, no reply as yet. Funnily enough, although I am still upset about out split, finding out he is with someone else has actually given me a release. He's moved on, he's not coming back and theres now no hope for us, I have this anxiety lifted and feel at last that I can start to look forward. Either that or I will wake up tomorrow in a proper RAGE :mad::rotfl:. Sorry if that doesnt make any sense but wanted to write it down somewhere.

Enough of that for now, tonight I am sitting in (again) and will fill out the census form, exciting I know! Tomorrow theres a few of us going round to my friends house for dinner and drinks :j Yippee. Oh I am also planning on going shopping and finally spending my christmas gift vouchers :).
