Hi BF
The shred refers to the 30 Day Shred by Jillian Williams. Ita a workout DVD. Have you ever watched the US Biggest Loser? Its the female trainer from that so pretty tough.
I read back every now and again, I love having this diary. It really does keep me in check
In other news, its a gorgeous day out there. Yesterday it was snowing and today the sun is splitting the sky. Went to curves and they were doing some Zumba moves, enjoyed it some. Then went to darn Poundland (its right next to my bus stop!) and bought toilet roll:eek:. Sure it cant be all that bad as it has a picture of a cute bunny on the packaging. Nearly bought a plug in air freshener from there too until I remembered the febreze type thing I bought not so long ago which smelled like feet.
My friend is gonna come round soon and were going for a wallk around the park. Got lunch on (chile and baked potato) as only had some pineapple at breakfast and quite hungry now.
When I get home I'm going to go over my finances again as have become a bit lax of late...0 -

Thursday already! Time goes in so fast when your on holiday from work!
Had an ok day so far, met the ex for a brew which was nice, had a wee catch up.
Had my Boots WI beforehand and have lost another 2lb!!! Yeay! Tho like I say its exercise and toning my body needs more as the weight isnt budging from my hips, thighs, belly :o. I had decided yesterday that if I was happy with the scales today that I would allow myself a nice treat so had a lovely chocolate cupcake from Greggs mmmmmmmm.
Then went to Curves and had another good workout, can def feel the strain in my back and shoulders now:rotfl:.
Theres been a bit of chat on the boards about plans and goals in life, something I've been thinking about a lot recently. I think I could just potter on day to day but feel that I'm really missing out on something...not sure what though. I've been looking at courses to further my career, one inparticular I like the look of but its full time so have no idea how I could fund it and pay my mortgage. I have also been looking at jobs further afield...Dubai/Abu Dhabi/New Zealand to name a few. I just dont want to get to this time next year and still festering, I need some adventures!
Have a few things to do that have had all week to but havent bothered:- Phone insurance company about quotes done
- Phone for shifts next week done
good ones too
- Get recipes for the next batch cook
- Make shopping list for above
0 - Phone insurance company about quotes done

Oh forgot to add, was looking at finances and think it's more that I could do with generating a wee bit more money!! Couldnt we all??
So gonna have a look at stuff for ebay, and maybe these survey things I keep hearing about...are they worth it?0
