Excellent - my monthly ddebit for dual fuel online is £125
so every little helps. Also discovered that I am now over £300 in credit - will they refund this or just reduce future direct debits? "The happiest of people don't necessarily have the

Update - now sorted out (hopefully) moved to winter fuel tariff from today, direct debit reduced to £88 per month and £394 refunded to bank account as I was over £500 in credit. Thanks to OP!
Maybe Martin should mention this in next newsletter as there must be loads of Powergen customers on the mailing list who don't know about this (OP was more than a month ago and I only found out about this by chance a few days ago). 5 minute phone call (freephone: 0800 363 363) and you can have some more money in your pocket. Just did it by phone no problem .
I like powergen ,I can read my own meter too and not have to let in some stranger when Im in the house by myself.0
