I was miffed when my prescription changed that I could not replicate my favourite frames. However, with the special MSE deal, I used the frames to give me a backup pair of reading glasses. I will hopefully use this service again in the future.:T

I'm having the same problem with the lensway code, it's not working for me either.

I get second hand frames off eBay and then use the reglaze offer on MSE for my glasses, they are only reading glasses so it's saved me a small fortune.

I just realised this is my first post in 8 years of viewing this site

i went to optical express for the free eye test.but they refused to give me a copy of my prescription unless i paid £15.

just posting to say that the Lensway deal posted on the 'cheap glasses' page has expired.
I did manage to get a deal on a pair from there, but the first frame free offer is no more. Theyve changed it to first frame half price.

I used this company a month ago and was very satisfied with the service.As a 70 year old man my eye prescriptions are changing every 2 years so reglazing is the best option to me.I have requested a pack for 2 more pairs to be done.The MOT on your frames is excellent,they even fitted new ear pieces on one pair.
As soon as they receive your glasses and check them for suitability the staff contact you and go through all your options but their is no pressure to spend more than you want to.:T
PS They are a new company and I wish them all the best in their venture as I hope to use them as much as necessary and have recommended them to my friends and family.

I have a pair of Ray Ban prescription sunglasses that I needed reglazed. I have been to my local opticians to ask for them to reglaze my glasses with the same colour tint. No-one could give me the promise that they would be the same colour, which was essential for me. I followed a link via Moneysaving expert to ReglazeMyGlasses and contacted them. They were confident that they could match the original tint. I sent three emails before I was confident enough to send them away. Each one was answered within 24 hours, and each was addressed appropriately. I requested that they returned my old lenses, which they did.I received a telephone call before they started any work to discuss my exact requirements. My glasses took around two weeks and they arrived safely today. They are almost a perfect match. My vision through them is excellent. I am so happy with the result that I am about to send another two pairs to them.The whole process was easy and exactly as discussed with them. I would highly reccomend ReglazeMyGlasses for their expertise, quality of work and fantastic prices.

Reglaze my glasses!! I had a terrible experience with this company sorry! I was told by a friend to get my new frames (from TK Maxx £8!!) glazed online. The order service was ok, but the finished product was awful. They're weren't that helpful when I complained. I used another online company and got them done again, properly and it actually cost less and was done quicker.
