Please help me I need some advice I am at my wits end
I am currently pregnant & have been in & out of hospital over the past few months due to complications, I am being hounded by companies chasing debts, receiving up to 23 calls per day just from Barclays alone! Yesterday I recieved 106 calls in total on my mobile.
I was made redundant 2 years ago & have struggled to keep up repayments ever since as I had to take a much lower paid job.
Things went from bad to worse in sept 09 when I split up with my Husband, our marital home has been on the market for almost a year now & only 1 viewer
Despite this & the fact I had to rent another place to live & still contribute towards the mortgage on the marital home I managed to maintain payments for another 12 months until September last year when I fell pregnant & everything just got too much to handle, I'd been borrowing to repay debts & finally ran out of steam.
I'm more than likely being made redundant again at the end of March just before I would have taken maternity leave so am not going to be able to get another job, I'm being bullied by my Employer to return to work despite being signed off with pregnancy related complications & hounded all day every day by threatening letters & calls.
Im beginning to think I should just end it all.
Please help me.

            Hi
There are lots of things that can be done, but START by turning your phone off.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0

make an appointment at your local CAB, they will help you start to take control. If you post your soa there are loads of people on this wonderful site who will try their best to help
I would also recommend a trip to the doctors to see if they can help you with your feelings of suicide0

I can't just read and run here.
I used to be a Samaritans volunteer. Please, please ring them. They will only listen, they don't give advice at all but will just let you talk and cry if you need through anything you want to.
the national number is 08457 909090 and you'll be put through to the nearest branch with a free volunteer.
There is also as much support here as you need.
*KT*Can we pretend that aeroplanes in the night sky are like shooting stars, cause I could really use a wish right now...0

Thanks for your replies whats a SOA?I had to turn my voicemail off as I was getting charged for all the voicemails they left but I cannot turn my phone off as My Dad had a heart attack too recently & I have to stay contactable for him.
I got some advice from CCCS who advised a temp repayment arrangement, I wrote to the companies but they still continue to besiege me all day every day from 8am up until 9pm x0

I'm afraid I haven't any advice other than to say speak to your local CAB and to Samaritans as suggested previously. Things WILL get better please don't give up, you will get lots of practical advice on here shortly. xx0

            Hi Hun,
There will be a lot of advice from people who can help along very soon. SOA is a statement of affairs and there should be a link to it in a sticky on this forum. I'll try and find it and edit.
Hang in there hun, things will get better xxxxxxxx

Go down to your local pound shop and buy a new PAYG sim card on the same network as you are on now and stick this in your phone and only give that numbers to your loved ones.0

Call them it is exactly what they are there for, they are well used to that sort of thing.
The SoA is "statement of affairs" and can be found on make sense of cards. It helps the regulars to advise you on where you can save etc. It is well worth doing so you know where you stand.
Do go to your GP and tell them how you are feeling, they can help.
Speak to ACAS about your employment situation, if you are being bullied about legitimate time off due to pregnancy you may have a claim. Even if you don't they can advise you of your rights.
Don't answer your phone, and if you know the numbers they use to call block them on your phone. There are standard letters you can use asking your creditors not to contact you by phone only in writing there will be a template on this site, send it to them to stop the calls.
Please don't think about ending it, money just isn't worth it, there will be a way of fixing things. You have a lot to be positive about, you are expecting a baby!
Oh and what family support do you have? Is the father of the baby around? Do you have a close friend you can confide in?0

Is it possible that you can change your mobile number? Its quite easy to get another sim card (pay as you go) and you can give the new number out to only the people who need it. It may take away the stress of hearing your phone ringing every 5 minutes. Any mobile phone shop should be able to supply you with one that will work on your network
Edit to add: Beaten to it lol.0
