They have done [When Perky was in full flight!] but it is normally because people have appealed and said I never saw the signs. If you ignore from the beginning they have no way of finding who to sue. Although they will spout all sorts of legislation and court cases that say they can.

JUST TO UP DATE FATHER OF DAUGHTER HAS RECIEVED A LETTER STATING ITS A NOTICE OF LEGAL ACTION IF 280 QUID NOT PAID.

Daughter now living in China......is the above just a threat ( the NOTICE OF LEGAL ACTION)..TO be taken seriously.....

Just keep ignoring. It doesn't have to be taken seriously. This is just a game they play to try and frighten people into paying up.

And why not also look at the Watchdog clip on the other useful sticky, 'Welcome, please read before posting'?

Dunno why people get so bothered by these letters when the info is there permanently at the top of the forum. Even I am getting a bit bored now of continually saying the same thing...you only have to file some letters, it's easy.
