    Anything is possible with Perky.

What the pub in question should do is have a nice pay & display car-park, maybe charge £1 an hour or so, should raise a little income to help keep it from becoming a boarded up pub.

so this is what perky looks like!

from where I'm sitting it seems he's got his own micro-climate.

in another life he'd be a dairylea triangle: 'he's full-fat allright and spreads very easily'.

I'm being a bit 'sizeist' but if ever there was a face to fit the job this is it.

congratulations to ange for seeing through this clown (let's face it: you'd never see around him).

p.s and since when did virgin operate a hercules transport plane?

Perky's still up to his old tricks. Over on CAG Somebody was asking about a ticket issued by CPS to a third party. This is some of the post:-

I was asked to deal with a private parking ticket for someone. Having read your site I emailed the company saying I didn't believe a charge was due and stating I was not the driver. The company immediately emailed back requesting a signed letter from the person I was writing on behalf of including their name and address. I assume they have no right to these details. Should I write saying this or just ignore their email? All advice and comments welcome!

The OP then came back with this after we told him not to contact the company:-

The company are Combined Parking Solutions. Interestingly they saw my post and immediately emailed me stating that they had seen it and saying they need the info for data protection reasons. They are clearly keeping a close eye on this site.

I like the bit about "data protection reasons". Of course the OP was again told not to contact this company.

Special charter for Perky, half for his bulk half for his ego!

  • Very sad to see that Perky is still up to his trolling and lurking and trying to set stooge cases. Of course in his desperation he always goes too far and gives the game away. Hence posting as Stephen Thomas, when a less idiotic individual would have left it alone and he might have been believed.

There is something of a fan club over on Pepipoo for Perky and it would be far less entertaining if he didn't exist. Obviously his joining the dating site in a user name he used vociferously on the consumer forums is a highlight. But we also have his posting on Pepipoo pleading for help when his wife got a FPN. And for such an expert armchair wannabe lawyer, his disastrous attempt to run a raffle for his greasy caff.

He now thinks that the BPA (with him leading no doubt) will achieve Owner/RK liability for private tickets by summer. There is zero chance of this.

Oh to be Perky wrapped up in that little Planet Perky of his dreaming up obvious and well telegraphed schemes to thwart his opponents, while they all laugh at him. The references to being just about to get on a Virgin flight to Florida, which he uses often, are all part of the pattern. It is no concidence that Florida is the home of Mickey Mouse.

I cant comment on that case, but if the person did have to travel x miles, and spend night in hotel (how anyone would know that is beyond me) but all these are fully claimable from the other party.

700 miles@40p Per mile = £280, plus other stuff and it was an expensive day for the loser.

As for the comment about site, we only had 1 managed pub go live within the last 2 weeks and they only issued tickets on 2 days - Also with a college opposite doesn't take too much working out.

Well, must say I am bored of this now and got a flight to board but once again its been fun.

I would also add that the next 12months will be very good for PPC - there will be changes coming that will benefit the industry and ensure that ALL people who refuse to pay goto court and a shift on liability, listen out for it later in year (after summer break)

See you soon, the VS011 is at last call and its a long walk from the virgin lounge to the gate - Happy arguing !

This is one very good reason to be very careful about the details you give on forums such as this. Never say who the driver is, and be vague about locations and dates. Perky is not the only one who trolls these forums, our old friend Peter Haswell from UKCPS is another avid reader of these postings.

It also means "hugs and kisses" in amateur radio talk. Perhaps he's hoping for a few of those from his dating companions. If and when he gets any. Don't hold your breath Perky!
