thank goodness I'm not alone on this one!
I have so much stuff in the house I may need to build an extension! The Lidl beans were very tempting and I have had to be creative in my thinking about storage! There are mountains of sanitary towels 2 for 97p from wilkos, when I had my bathroom done I had an especially large cupboard made just to accommodate the toilet rolls! saddo!
I have an old wardrobe I got for a couple of quid from a jumble sale in the garage which hubby made shelves for inside and its stuffed full of tins.
I got loads and loads of sainsburys basics bubble bath and fill up the soap disepnsers with it.
The access cupboard in the loft extension is full of toilet rolls too and I look on it as insulation...!!!
Sad thing is, I have so much stuff in the house, I ran out of dried peas without knowing yesterday...drat!Save £12k in 2012 no.49 £10,250/£12,000

Following this the most bizarre thing happened to my brother in asda, they had the 72 boxes of weetabix on a couple of months ago for a silly price i think it was around £2, well he got 6 for himself and 6 for my mum. He also had about 10-12 of the same palmolive soap i had bought for 40p earlier in the week. The cashier called for assistance and 3 managers and 2 security guards came to tell him he couldn't bulk buy that many items and could only have 3 of each. He was in the shop with his wife and daughter and they could have easily split up and bought 3- 4 items each. He argued that there are no signs stating what the maximum limit that you can buy is and that with all these multibuy offers they themsleves promote bulk buying. He said it wa really intimidating and upsetting. He stood his ground with them and emailed them the next day. I think he got an apology. They still donot have signs up saying how many you can buy. If you had a big shop i have in the pastspread the items out to make it difficult for the cashier to count or realise you had a lot of one item but I think my brother was pipointed becaus ehe had just those two offer items.
it's hardly 'bizarre' that your brother was stopped trying to buy offer items in bulk. you often get owners of small businesses coming in trying the same as when they have some of the serious bargains on, they're cheaper than wholesalers. it happens a lot with booze and with stuff like cans of coke.
on the last deal we had on the coke, i had to put back 36 cases of the stuff (15 cans per case) because the fella from the local chippy round the corner was trying to buy all of it (he was allowed 6 cases, the other 36 had to go back)helpful tips
it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
their - 'owned by them'
they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)0 -

he didn't have 36 cases though, he only had 6 for himself and 6 for my mum and his wife who was with him could easily have taken 6 to another cashier and paid seperately, i need to give him a lesson in streetwise shopping, when theres a great offer on i usually go in daily on my way home go straight to the offer and buy as many as i think i'll get away with!
ps neither of us are sellers, we just have big families!GRATITUDE WHEN GIVEN, PATIENCE WHEN DENIED
