Really sorry to hear of your situation. If I was nearer, I could help more effectively but in the meantime,
There is a group on here who have done huge amounts to find healthy frugal meals for very little money: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/1157641 weezl and friends, over several threads, using many of the things you have in your storecupboard. I hope it helps.

Half the packet of soup mix, same with lentils, some pasta even if you like then some of the turkey or mince would probably make a very filling broth with some nice herbs etc any veg you can get will add to this of course. I used a small pack of stewing steak to make enough for 12+ adult portions and if it's cooked long enough meat just breaks up and goes through it all. Sure little one would enjoy some too. Curried chick peas, lentils and maybe other half of turkey? That with rice would be filling and flavoursome.

Your choice but I would stick with a seperate small account for you to make sure for example your CB can go in there. Myself and my partner have seperate accounts. Especially if your partner has a lot of debt. Standing orders can be set up if you wish to share direct debits etc.

Please don't take on the little dog mentioned on another thread just yet, let him go to another home if you're struggling or it'll be another little mouth to feed x

I hope you are ok, what an awful thing. Try not to cry, you will get through it and laugh about it this time next year. For some reason I can't PM you but if you would like I could get you some things and have them delivered by tesco home shopping?

    hmmm breakfasts?!

You could make kedergeree which is basically boiled riced with egg and herbs. We've eaten it a few times and works quite well.

    Here's a recipe for bread

    500g plain flour
    1tsp salt
    2tsp sugar
    320ml cold water
    7g fast action dried yeast

The above can be used to make buns, bread and pizza dough. Very flexible recipe.

Could your OH go to tesco's with a list?

    I would get

oats (porridge, flapjacks, bulking out meals)
flour (mix some with water, bit of sugar to make pancakes, omit the sugar to make yorkshire puddings) (could chappatis, then eat as wraps etc)

    potatos
carrots (grated for soup, carrot cake etc)

I've sent the OP details of dogpages loads of people on there who will help rehome so don't feel bad

Another thing I did when similar happened to use was look through what I had bought that could go back, I returned 5 things to Amazon as an example, worth considering before selling to raise funds
