Just read through the entire thread. Hope things start to improve very soon. I can't even begin to understand what it would be like to be in your situation. There are a lot of good people on here.
Think you're wise to move from Santander as they seem to cause nothing but trouble. All the best for the future - look after yourself.

I've just read the entire thread. I so wanted to help you but I couldn't as I lost my job two weeks ago.
I'm panicking about money too and not sure how to pay my bills at the end of the month.
But at least we have food in the cupboard and a roof over our head and a working husband, so I won't complain.

I'm hoping that you can get another house soon and be able to settle down, you have gone through hell and back lately.
I'm glad that people could help you. I once helped someone on here over 2 years ago and she was so grateful, it made my happy to help someone less fortunate.
Hope you get your money soon and be able to buy the things you need and get your car sorted.
