    Hiya,

again thank-you everyone for your wonderful support on the thread and by PM's

I am still recieving lots of very kind and generous offers of help and these are very appreiciated, however I have recieved some great help from members here and it would be greedy of me to accept any more of your kind offers.

I have spoken to CB and they arw switching the CB to the cash card account I have and i'll leave it there, I will be writing a formal complaint to santander once i've got a straight head and i will also forward a copy to the CEO Ana Botin about it. It may not mount to anything but it will make me feel better!

my bank account hasnt been overdrawn but i know that the santander system online is very confusing, but i did notice that a few bills werent paid even though according to my balance the money was there?! Santander are a law unto themselves I think.

I recieved a section 21 today so I will be loosing the house in two months, so please excuse my short reply i'm finding it hard to concentrate x

Oh Lauren, i'm sorry. No wonder your head is in a muddle. Might not feel like it right now, but you will get through this. xx

    Hi Lauren

I hope everything's ok and your situation's improving.

It's lovely that people on the forum have rallied round but please remember anyone can say anything on the forum. We just need to gently remind you that, while we're not questioning Lauren's genuine need in any way, it's entirely possible someone can post on the forum saying something that's not true and if you give someone your personal details or sending them things you're giving them to a complete stranger so please be very careful.

    Thanks!

    Andrea :)

I think Andrea is being really responsible here and protecting our interests, but I for one think that sometimes it's worth taking a risk. The kindness of strangers, and all that.
  • Lauren - you may lose your house, but you will never lose the love of your two little girls. OK, you all need a roof over your head, but thank God we still live in a country that provides Housing Benefit (at the moment) and all your little girls need is a Mum who loves them with all her heart. You will survive all this and be stronger for it.

Can you tell that I've been there?!
