Just because someone knows something you appear not to does not make anyone a fool.
But stating something as fact than being obstructive with your answer does.
If you can't answer the question, I will take it as you don't know or it is not legal.
I have submitted data about the legal aspects of the TV licence, considering you are so cocksure you seem unable to have any reasonable debate based on fact?0 -
Not hard at all in fact there is a big clue in the stuff you quoted but you seem to have missed it.
Here is a clue - third line down.
If you still can't see it let me know and I'll tell you then:D
What watching recorded programs???
That breaches copyright? That illegal, or do you mean something else?0 -

So not to clever with the search facilities then I see.
You have indeed submitted a quote which for some reason you are unable to understand in the context of my earlier post that there is a perfectly legal way to watch TV programmes without a licence.
Want another clue?
Now this is a big one, see if you can work it out now......iplayer0 -

Now this is a big one, see if you can work it out now......iplayerdepending on the nature of the content being viewed on the BBC iPlayer, a TV Licence may be required.
Oh so only if they are not live, and basically on on a computer or console as the only other ways of getting Iplayer on a TV is on freesat, a licensed service.
So you can watch downloaded content, not live TV programs.;)
Congratulations for finally getting to the point.
Must admit, would not have helped much for the world cup etc though.0 -

Well done for realising you were wrong0 -
From the BBC website:
If we saw, over time, that some people stopped receiving live broadcasts at all, stopped paying their licence fee, but continued to consume televison programmes, solely on-demand through the iPlayer (or other players), then we might have to consider talking to the Government about Part 4 of the Communications Act 2003 and the Communications (Television Licensing) Regulations 2004, so that they can then consider whether on-demand tv viewing might be brought within its aegis.

So if the number of people using iPlayer and not paying for a TV licence is seen to rise, then they will look to bring it under the licence. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Well not really, as you can watch some programs online after they have been aired.
I would not constitute that has TV programs as your choice is limited.
Can I watch a Premier League game for example?
So you were not entirely straight on your claim you said you can watch TV programs without a licence, you can basically watch some programs on line after they are aired.
I even said on the last page you need a licence for "some" online content.
What a waste of time, it could of been cleared up in two posts.0
