I placed an order last Sunday and called today to see where it was. The customer service woman said that there had been a lot of water damage in their warehouse but she would check whether my order had been affected. She came back on the phone to say that the bag and purse I had ordered had just come back into stock and would be with me by the middle of next week. Hopefully she is right.

Ordered a 'Betsy Scoop' in Purple on Sunday and it arrived today (in a huge box!)!! It's gorgeous!! Really wish I'd ordered a couple of others now!

Just checked the box and it's got a purple 'Royal Mail Tracked' sticker on it, so yes, that'l be Nica!!!
