Got my black nemo bowling bag (paid £15) today. Yes, the charm is different which at first was disappointing but the bag itself is gorgeous and for what i paid for it is a real bargain. All in all delighted with it and so glad I managed to spot this as I'm usually not quick enough.

Sorry a few poeple are disappointed. They say you have to pay for returns during the sale but if the reason for return is the wrong item or a damaged item surely you have a case if you get on to them, even if it's just a moral case? They are a reputable company who would like to keep their customers, surely?

I ordered a white rosie bag on the 14th, havent heard anything but came home today to find a royal mail card saying they tried to deliver a tracked parcel so assuming it is this. Cant pick it up until Wednesday so will have to wait.

Well I recieved the clutch bag I ordered (rowan) on friday, and had ordered ida across body in black and purple nemo across body. The slip in the delivery just said nil so I emailed them. I got a reply this morning saying that they had no ida in black but I could have another colour, and nemo is on the way.
It just seems to me that they aren't use to that many orders through the website, and so therefore things are going wrong. I'm happy with what they have said to me though.

Yep, my purple Nemo bowling bag isn't the one I ordered, it was lighter purple and had the butterfly charm. However, I am aware that the bag I did get was in fact the newer bowling bag, which at the time of ordering was actually £25!! I'm pleased.

I got one of my bags in today (one was cancelled). I got my two purses last week.

I am happy with my purchases, will all make lovely gifts, just wish i had bought more, but thats just typical!

I ordered a Nemo bowling bag in tan but sadly was told it's out of stock and they haven't any more Nemo styles in brown, apart from the across body which isn't what I'm after. Did anyone get a brown (any shade) nemo grab or bowling bag they don't like?!

Am disappointed, but it seems that customer services are offering (in some cases, higher priced) alternatives if you email/call them.
